Beko 4851900100 Flavel Refrigeration White Shelf Front

So whilst I’ll give the replacement 5 stars in reality it’s a 1 star product due to a significant design flaw by the original Beko design. They always crack at the weak spot which is exactly where it supports the whole weight of contents in the shelf. Ever one to two years I have to buy replacement so you can see why it’s a 1 star product despite it being a good quality replacement. Never buy 1 just buy 2 and keep it for when you hear the avalanche. If one side only breaks I save the good part to put on for the next time to reduce cost of ownership even if it means flipping it upside down. It’s easy to cut the thin but that runs along the front of the shelf so if one side cracks you just cut off the broken bit and shove your salvage part on. But the part fits well and works til it breaks again. I wish there was a 3rd party replacement that addressed the design flaws

Great product, decent replacement for a terrible design flaw with these friges (the whole weight of the shelf on a tiny plastic edge). This part is easy to fit and looks good- bought a number of them so that the next time these inevitably break I have spares to hand.

The shelf edge is a good fit and easy replacement. Wonderful that the shelf holder is available separately. Cod have been sturdier and it would not have broken in the first place. Or my family could treat appliances with respect and not ram too much in. Probably more the latter,
