Wrong roof sent
I received the wrong roof and had to return it. But overall the house seemed ok. I ended up buying a different one because I didn’t want to take the chance that there would be another mistake since I need it now.

Still can't get the roof on. :-(
The roof design is confusing. Still haven't gotten it on. Otherwise, not bad for the cost. Hope my feral babies like it , if I can connect the roof!!!

Ingenious design, mostly quality materials.
What a clever design for a cat house! The floor and walls of this cat house all come as one collapsed piece which you open up then secure the pieces together with velcro. The roof is a separate piece that is attached with velcro, and the heating pad insert is also separate. I found it slightly confusing at first, but didn't take long to figure out how to put it all together. Once assembled, it feels very sturdy, and my 15lb cats even fit easily inside. The heating pad warms to a nice comfortable temperature without being too hot or too cool.I would actually like to rate this cat house at 4.5 stars. I would deduct 0.5 stars for the flap design and construction, which could be improved. It's nice that the flaps are clear and the cats can see out of them. However, I found it nearly impossible to attach the snaps on the flap to the house. They just don't click into place! I even got out some pliers to try to squeeze the snaps together and it only worked on a couple. So for now, I'm using it without the door flaps. Also, the slits in the door flaps need to be cut higher, otherwise it's difficult for the cats to push their way into the house since the flaps are longer than the actual door frame. Aside from the issues with the flap, this is a great outdoor cat house to give your fur babies a warm spot outside in the winter!

It’s Alright
It was easy to assemble. You do have make folds in the roof so it fits onto the house, if you don’t it won’t sit properly. Even then there was still some spots where it doesn’t fully close and some cold air could get through. Mine is missing the hole for the cable to feed through so I would have to feed through a door. It’s still pretty spacey considering its size 😄

Mehh
Cat house is OK., easy to assemble besides the plastic flaps for the door doors. The metal part that snaps insides are not properly aligned and I could not get them snapped. I have a contractor here working on my bathroom and he also could not get them. Snapped, used a tool to try, seem to work, but as soon as I move the house to place outside, the snaps came undone, so my cat house is currently sitting with nothing on the front.

Sturdy and cozy house
I ordered this heated cat house for some young feral cats that live in a field behind our house. This house came in a small box, well-packaged, and needing assembly. Instructions are included and they are easy to follow. The only confusing part was bending the seemingly flat roof piece in two places in the middle to fit the roof line. But if you put a little muscle into it, the roof is scored under the weather-proof coating. The Velcro is extremely strong and all of the pieces fit together well to make this a wind-proof house.I love the clear doorway flaps so we can see if the cats are actually using it. Snapping those onto the house was a little difficult. The snaps need really firm pressure to connect. The warming pad provides warmth without being too hot. I may put this on a timer so that it cycles on and off to give the pad a break from use. Overall, this is a top-notch cozy way to keep feral cats safe this winter!

My Outdoor Cats Love This!
I was so excited to put this up when I got it. It is starting to get cold here at night and morning so I wanted something for my outdoor cats. The packaging was nice and neat. Putting it all together was quick, about 25 minutes. My indoor cats kept coming in out and of it while I was trying to assemble it. Loved the hole in the side for the plug in to come out.The heating pad warms up nicely. The longer you lay on it the warmer it gets, so perfect for the cats. I did notice that when I put the top on there was a small gap, so when I put it outside I put a small rock on it and it fixed it.Once I put it outside, took about 2 hours before I had any takers. But now I have one that sleeps every night in there. I do leave it on my porch, since the plug in is not heavy duty, but my cats love it. So if you are looking for an outdoor cat house, or even one for inside, this is a good option in my opinion.
