Since these are dog treats, obviously cannot comment on the flavor but our two dogs loved them. Problem is they are hard to buy as are many of the Smokehouse treats. But, will continue to order as favorites of our dogs!

Get the pure chicken ones made in the USA.
My Maltese loves these! I use them for training and break them up into small pieces. There is a difference in them. I bought a bag of them and she wouldn't eat them. I later discovered the small bag ones had salt and wheat in them. Plus they were made overseas.

Made in China. There are bags of premium chicken chips made by Smokehouse that are made in the USA. I am now buying those. I would prefer that these larger chips were made in the USA, but since they aren't I am going with the smaller chips made in the USA. One reviewer of the smaller chips packages said that some orders that come to her are harder for her dog to chew than other bags that seem to have softer chips. Not sure if this is an age of product issue. The smaller chips are harder to chew for my shih tzu but she still likes them.
