These syringes last a long time. The rubber gasket on the plunger is high-quality and has never leaked on me. I rinse and re-use my syringes, rinsing only in warm water (no soap). After many uses, the black numbers and lines begin to wear off. Given that these are normally meant for one-time use in medical settings, however, I've been pleased to buy these in bulk at a reasonable price and get many uses out of them.Probably the best feature of these syringes is the caps! They snap on firmly and really do stay in place. I have to carry medication with me, so I pre-load my syringes and store them in my purse, in a sealed freezer baggie. I've never yet had one leak on me, after about a year of carrying these syringes around EVERYWHERE and indiscriminately throwing my bag around.If you're trying to decide between those with the white gasket and plunger  5 Pack of 1 TSP 5 ML 5CC Slip Tip Syringes w/o needle.  and this type with the black gasket on the plunger, stick to the ones with the black gasket! They work! The ones with the white gaskets leak and wear out after one use...not worth the price.

These work great!!!! I’ve searched forever to find syringes that fit the adapters on the pharmacy meds and finally these fit! I couldn’t be happier. The syringes also come with caps that make the medicine not leak extra plus! My daughter takes medicine 4x daily these are a life saver

These syringes are perfect for my lo with a g-tube. They fit the attachment and the medicine dispensers from the pharmacy. Also, great for several washes without losing the numbers on the outside! Will buy again!

I have been using these syringes for 3 years to give meds to my son. I have bought multiple bags in various sizes. I find that these are the best value for the price. (My favorite syringes from the hospital are prohibitively expensive to buy.) I want to address a few things I have seen in other comments.The number do wear off after multiple uses, but it takes a while.The gaskets do get sticky after several uses. I find that washing them in hot water with soap, NOT in the dishwasher, hepls then last.Someone recently complined about the gasket coming off as they separated them to wash them. This can be an issue if you are not carefuel about separating them. It helps to pop them apart right after use, not waiting until you wash them.Overall, I have been pleased with this product and have recommended it to many other parents.

Would recommend as these were exactly what I needed.

My daughter is on several medications. We use 4-5 syringes each day, and after several washes the rubber part of the plunger gets sticky preventing the syringes from sliding smoothly. With a bulk pack like this, we just use them until they get difficult to slide, and then toss. Very economical and worth it if your little one is on multiple doses of medications each day!

These, like the 1 mL are great syringes and are great for giving medicine via G-Tube. I bought these to use for first aid kits and for giving medicine to my kids. I wanted them to be reusable as I was giving Tylenol orally. I tossed them into the dishwasher and they worked for at least three or four more doses if not more. Eventually, the rubber of the plunger became worn and fell off. The numbers last for a long time and don't immediately come off in the wash. The tips are great and made it easy to keep a syringe of Tylenol in my purse in case it was needed. Exactly what I needed.
