Holy moly, that thing is great! Over time, I have purchased multiple magnifying glasses, but this one is clearly the best! Honestly, I liked it before I put the 2 AAA batteries in the handle, but the light brought it to another level. The location of the lights makes everything easy to see. In addition, it comes with not just 1 but 2 cloths. I showed it to my husband, and he is so delighted that he wants the same one. Highly recommended!

This magnifier is well made. The magnification and lights are just right. The glass is a nice large size. The batteries last a long time. Purchased this for my mother who is losing her vision. She was using the standard magnify glasses and they just weren't doing the job. A friend recommended this and wow, so glad they did. My mom immediately said this magnify glass was so much better. Its easy for her to hold and can fold to fit in her purses or a coat pocket. The light is very bright too and she was very happy with that too

The size and form of the glass is fine ... also the handle. The light presents a usual problem in magnifying glasses with optional light. The intensity of the light varies, and it comes on and off without me turning it on or off. I have had this problem with other products similar to this. I think it has to do with the quality/price of the item. If I ever have the time and disposition; I will look into it and make adjustment so that the batteries fit tighter. I am content with the characteristics of the product given that I have no particular interest in the light.
