Definitely keeps kids from turning on the lights all the time. We have some right above the tv that give you head aches when they’re on and you’re watching a movie. My son loves turning them on because they’re the only ones he can reach so these keep me sane!

Pros: we have switches that are for our mechanical room in our office. And often the nighttime custodial crew would turn them on thinking they were light switches - leading to damaging our machinery.This has forced them to think and then not use/turn the switches on.Cons: a little difficult to open but not hard. Only concern that if I push too hard that I may break it. Good news is I only used three and I have an another as a back up.

Just what I needed to prevent people from turning off my outside light. I didn't give this 5 stars for usability, because odds are I'll never turn off the switch it's protecting. Seems durable and can withstand children for a little while, but not too long.
