These are easy to use and comfortable. I used them several times a week & they held up. I had the cobra grips before & those jhad a bigger surface and were thicker. I’m not doing really heavy weight so these work well. My cobras got stolen but I don’t miss them having these !!!

Makes my workouts easier to go heavy and finish all my reps.

I read many reviews on this type of product. I have pain in my thumbs when I grasp.Any pressure on my thumbs causes pain. I took a chance and ordered these. I am a petite woman 5”1’ 115 lbs and small boned. These fit my hand and wrist well. The wrist wrap is very padded and stiff where the Velcro strip is. Hopefully in time it will soften up somewhat but there is plenty of padding and support. I saw another reviewer say to wrap the leather pad over the weight to create a kind of sling (see photos). This way the weight will not roll or slip out of your hand and with very minimal pressure from your fingers the weight is secure. I know the photo shows a very light 5 lbs, but I believe it will be helpful with heavier weights too. Haven’t tried it on any machines at the gym but for free weights it’s very helpful taking pressure off your hands. So happy I got them. Only cons- black suede color kind of runs off on your skin with sweat and I’m not a “sparkly” girl. Even tried to use a black sharpie to dull down the sparkle but to no avail. Even so, I’m very happy with this purchase!!

This is a quality product, but my wrists are too small.

Once I read some reviews on the best way to use the flap they worked great. I held 55 lb. Dumbbells doing RDLs and did not lose my grip. They are a bit stiff on wrist but I am sure they will break in.

These work amazingly. Instantly able to shrug and deadlift more. They are obviously designed for women but I love pink and sparkly stuff so I gave them a shot. My wrists are about 7" around and these still work. So if you are a guy (probably unlikely, I'm sure I'm in the minority of men who would buy these) or have larger wrists they will still work.

No complaints, they protect my hands and now when I'm holding the gym equipment, the skin of my palms aren't pinched anymore. They're comfortable as well.

So happy I purchased these! These helped me with my dumbell RDL’s today, I do 45lb each hand and lose grip mid workout. With these wrist straps I was able to maintain momentum and actually really fully engage my glutes before without my grip failing me! So happy I purchased these!
