This is a great bearing puller with a good selection of collets and a set of hooks.The disc is slightly unwheeled until you get the hang of it. The secret is to get the handle on the correct side, which will depends on if you are left or right-handed. The disc is cast and is very strong, Its not a weak pressed item and the disc will provide the pulling power to remove even the most stubborn bearing race.Using collets needs a bit of brute force as you normally need to remove the cage /ball shield protection to get the collets into the inside race grooves, to allow the bearing to be extractedThis is a great addition to any engineering workshop. It all comes in a storage case with most items held in place to make it easy to select and assemble. It dose come with a set of basic instruction to get you started if your haven’t used bearing pullers before.

This kit is weighty. I haven't actually needed to use it yet (I need something like this a few times a year rather than weekly or monthly), but I have had a good look at it all and assembled it. It's a little rough round the edges but certainly solid and sturdy, nothing looks like it's going to bend easily. The plate gives a wide range of options for pulling with bolts if there are the appropriate holes and the included hooks. A bit unwieldy for use on small bearings or gears but ideal for mid-sized stuff. A welcome addition to the tool kit and nice to have it in a case.

This is a decent entry level bearing puller set.It comes in a hard case and has the puller itself, as well as a range of fittings to fit various bearing mounts.It feel pretty sturdy and should be fine for most applications. The metal is hardened for extra strength.It also comes with some basic instructions in case you've not used a tool like this before, but a quick search for some videos online will also help guide you.All in all this is a decent tool for most workshops and will help you out with that tricky job and it can be applied to gearing as well as bearings.

The type the plastic hinge and clasps eventually fail if used a lot. Quite a saving on a pro set up though.

Great quality bearing/gear puller set with good range of collet/hook sizes.Not tested on bearings but works perfect as a gear puller.Would have been nice to have some sort of 'comfort' wrap around the disc handle but perfectly functional.Comes in a better quality carry case (compared to the red ones).Recommended.
