The taste of this coffee is amazing! I've drank coffee for more than 35 years. This is the best coffee I've I've ever had. and I've drank coffee from coast to coast. And the fact that it's organic and decaf is even more amazing! I had to give up caffeine. I'm a customer for the rest of my life! You will not be disappointed if you decide to buy it.

I bought this because I LOVE coffee, but I am sensitive to mycotoxins, acid, caffeine, among other things. I have found that some coffee upsets my stomach or give me other issues while others do not. To my suprise and happiness, I can consistently tolerate moderate of amounts of the DARK Roast without issue. The taste is what I would consider classic to the region as a single origin coffee. It’s not what I would consider super smooth, but it’s better than no coffee!The Dark Roast is VERY strong caffeine-wise so I don’t need too much.I’m giving it 4 stars because the Medium Roast is pretty acidic both in taste and result on my tummy. I wish that Decaf came in Dark Roast, I just can’t tolerate their Medium Roast physically and frankly I don’t like the taste of acidic coffee anyways.

The taste is pleasant and rich. The color is brown, not black like so many coffee wannabes. It's hard to find a lightly roasted decaf that is pure and smooth and full of flavor. I believe some companies burn the beans to try to compensate for the lack of caffeine. This one doesn't. When I drink it, I feel like I'm getting nourishment, not medicine.

There are so many delicious water-processed, fair trade, organic coffees on the market these days. As a lifelong coffee drinker who needed to get off caffeine, I've tried a TON of them. I had such high hopes for this coffee, and I waited to buy it because it is expensive, but it was really bland and honestly the worst decaf coffee I've tasted (in this category) to date. It is pale brown in color, and when brewed in a Freiling French Press with the water temperature perfectly gauged in a Cuisinart electric kettle, it was SOOO unsatisfying.For this price, it should have been a delight. I still have half a bag because I only drink it by grinding a little and adding it to any number of excellent options. They need to work on the roast, body and flavor notes of these beans. I will not be buying again. I gave it an extra star for the ethics and principle. Now they just need it taste as good as that. :-)

Love, love, love this decaf. I couldn't drink coffee for years due to the acidity. This one has great flavor, body and doesn't bother my tummy! Thank you!

This Decaf coffee made me sleepy twice! It knocked me out! I've never had that happen before with decaf. Something is wrong with this decaf coffee! It had holes poked in it also!
