mitusoorganic coconut oil, native, 3-pack (3 x 1000 ml) in an ironing jar

This coconut oil is really great. I'm not a connoisseur of coconut oils, so I cannot give you comparisons with other brands available. I've used a few bought from Amazon & I simply choose to reorder this one because:1 - it's a huge jar of the stuff & lasts for ages.2 - it is great value for money.3 - the jar is great for re-using (I'll be storing dried onions or chillies in this - also available on Amazon & so handy in the kitchen as a 'cupboard staple'.4 - it tastes really good in my porridge, smoothies & when used to cook Indian or Thai meals.I've also used this as a hair mask, dissolved in a hot bath, & any oil left on the spoon is rubbed into cubicles & hands!

I had been buying a different brand of coconut oil for well over a year (one beginning with P sounds like lickin) - I buy 1 litre every month - and was very happy with it until recently when the past 3 jars received had been slightly rancid. Not enough to send back but buy the end of the jar, the rancidity had increased and the oil tasted really unpleasant. So I searched for an alternative and tried this brand - what a lovely surprise. This oil is such good quality and so much better than the other brand ever was. It's light, creamy, lovely flavour, really nice smell and honestly I cannot fault it. I've been eating coconut oil for 10 years and this is by far the best I've ever tried. I hope future batches are as good as this jar. The only downside is the jar which I find looks nice but is a bit cumbersome to use - but with the oil as good as this one I really don't mind.

It’s coconut oil so no complaints with that but I did pay that bit more for what I thought was a great jar but after a week of daily use the rubber just gradually lost shape to the point it doesn’t fit it’s all baggy and useless! I hoped to reuse the jar however The jars not going to last until I finish the product never mind anything else. Such a shame as the idea is good however I wouldn’t purchase again solely because the jar let the product down

I should state that I will edit this review after testing it out on myself, humans and cats. The delivery is excellent. Not too impressed with the packaging, but since the product was not damaged due to the bubble wrap inside a small cardboard box, I'm satisfied with that.The jar reminds me of kilner jar and I don't know if it takes heat but, it is a very nice jar which I or my partner intends to reuse often. Like the jar a lot and no need to dispose of it after the coconut has been fully consumed.The scent and taste of the coconut is yet to be sampled, but if it is, then we will be sticking to this coconut product for the unforeseeable future. The cats loved the coconut oilWe use lots of jars and impressed by this.

You get what you pay for... so pay a bit more and get a better quality coconut oil.I was so happy with the price and amount, I bought it a few times for internal and external use, then one day, it was really warm and our bathroom gets quite hot yet bits of the oil were solid, even after I rubbed those bits in my hands for a while! I have been buying organic, virgin coconut oil for a while and this never ever happens!I do not know what else they mix with this oil, but it is not 100% organic or pure.If, like me you want all the medicinal benefits of essential oils please buy another brand.

After consuming half of the jar, 30 g per day, of this fat in my diet I have noticed that my body is unable to properly digest this coconut oil, comparing it to other ones I have taken before. This plus the lack of information that is provided in bad english on amazon product profile, makes me very suspicious. The whole product just dont seem to be that transparent. Who knows what this is...

I had a very dry skin and this product helped me to soften it. I use it every day after shower for my whole body and face. I even transfer it into little jars to take it with me. But bear in mind that it becomes liquid in summer time, so you should definitely use airtight jars.If you have eczema, use it in combination with an alkaline oat flakes bath.

This jar is huge and what a lovely Jar it is - definitely reusable. Quality of the coconut oil is very luxurious - smells divine and I'm thrilled with the quality!
