My favorite rug!
This is the second time I’ve bought this rug. I have only ONE complaint. If your dog pees on it, it’s basically ruined. The black will bleed when you use a carpet cleaner or any sprays. Water is the only thing that won’t ruin it.

absolutely love this rug ! I was a little skeptical at first because someone had posted a picture of some red thread in it but mine is perfect they must’ve just gotten a defect. this is absolutely beautiful and Rolls lit perfectly.

Used & Dirty
Highly disappointed in this purchase. Out of the box dirty and looked used.The hassle to return is annoying and if I would have paid full price I would really be upset. I've never purchase jute before and to figure out how to clean this makes my brain hurt.Im not sure the size is accurate either (6ft) I hardly ever make unsatisfactory reviews but this warrants my dissatisfaction.

Won’t flatten
This product won’t flatten because it looks like the inner circle is too large. I tried to contact the company twice and never got any response. It is still in the bag waiting to be returned once someone gets back to me (if ever)
