It looks very good and is well insulated, however, it does not do anything that a well insulated cup couldn't do. It states that you can put hot drinks in and that it will regulate the temperature, but I have not seen that personally. It maintains the temperature of whatever you put in. If you want the drink to not be scalding you still need to put ice in to cool it down. This is even written on the instructions. It never mentions how many minutes you need to wait for it to cool down. Also, it states that it is a no drip cup, however, it drips terribly unless you crank the lid on super tight. This is terrible considering that it is meant to hold hot liquids. This is not a little drip either. It drips terrible. I took off the lid and wiped the inside and edges just in case. I tightened the lid as tight as I could and still it leaked. It only stopped leaking when my husband cranked the lid beyond anything I could personally achieve. It is a shame. I wanted to like this product so badly and it costs quite a bit, but does not deliver on any of the specific reasons for buying it. Very disappointed. I usually find Ninja products to be reliable.
