I love the product and does keep my hands warm while at work but it doesn't live up to it's 16 hours of customizable warmth promise, I don't know if i got defective ones. I just wish it would last longer. Each hand warmer lasts me about 3 hours of use on level 2-3 setting.

I bought these for my wife when we go skiing as she sometimes gets cold hands they are great especially if you put them in your jacket pockets and then put your hands in. Great for the price too.

I think these are the best style of handwarmers on the market. They are magnetic so the pair snap together which is smart & convenient. Typically I use one in each hand or share with another person (who instantly becomes your friend!). And because you can separate them then you can place them individually in your coat or trouser pocket while on and warm your hands when you want there more efficiently, especially if you are walking outdoors. The heat button has four levels but generally level one is perfect.You don’t necessarily need this updated model with the optional led lighting effect which is controlled but separate buttons. You don’t need to turn the colours on and it has no effect on how hot they are, which is controlled by the other buttons, it’s just added fun. But having owned the previous model I like this new design a lot. Only downside is you may get confused between the buttons for the heat rather than the light, but I don’t find it frustrating just a welcome feature and I have got used to finding the right buttons.Charged easily with USB-CIn one sentence: these handwarmers are DESIGN PERFECTION, you cannot buy better, and it is up to you which pair to buy, but I love this new extra LED colour feature which you control separately.

I originally gave it a higher rating for the design although it doesn't get hot enough to warm my hand in 5-10°C when my hands are not in the pockets. I didn't ask for any refund or replacement at the first place cuz it's understandable sometimes the product doesn't meet your 100% expectation and I am willing to have it for what it is.Then suddenly the seller contact me and said they would like to offer a refund as I am not fully satisficed with the product. I accept the offer and waited for few days, no reply no update, sent a second reply still fruitless.Got a reply 2 weeks later, they apologize for the delay as it's Lunar New Year so they are having holidays. Very reasonable and make sense, I am totally fine with it after knowing the reason of delay. Then the seller said instead offering a refund they suggested in the first place, how about a replacement. I said ok as I would like to give it another chance, but I ask if I can pick another colour. Seller disappear again, sent second reply to them, nothing. Just disappeared again for few days now.I am very confused. At first I am ok with the product, not the best experience but certainly not negative as well. Now after almost 3 weeks of mess, I am not happy.

I had an issue with my charger and the customer service contacted me and replaced them immediately. It's excellent customer service. This is a really good company. I would recommend people to buy this product.

These hand warmers are fantastic. I like that they are small and magnetize to each other, which is very convenient and makes them easy to store.However, there is one massive flaw: they can only be charged with an outlet that outputs a specific power. 5V/2A. Your fancy fast chargers you use for your mobile phones and laptops are unlikely to work...This issue isn't mentioned anywhere in the user manual or advertising, which is a serious oversight. This limitation significantly affects their usability, especially if you were expecting them to charge with any standard USB-C or USB power brick.
