Comfortable, Casual, Golf Shoes & Sneakers
The Allbirds golf shoes were ordered for casual use and when playing golf.First, I wear a size 13 D (Medium) shoe. When received, the shoes were tried on and immediately I thought the width was too narrow. I had been active that day, and my feet may have been a little larger from the activity. So I took them off, and let them sit for a couple of days. The next time the shoes were tried on, they fit great. Some thicker golf socks were worn so that the feel would be the same as when playing golf. The width was just right, and the length gave my feet plenty of room in the toe area. The shoes are light, and the soles are thicker than I thought they would be. The rear of the soles is wider than what I am used to wearing, and they are comfortable & very supportive to my feet. The upper area above the toes & front of the foot is made of merino wool. In addition, the shoes have a TPU mud-guard to provide additional dryness. Supposedly, these shoes are relatively water resistant so that the feet should not get wet when playing on a wet-ish course.Although a round of golf was not played when wearing the shoes, I did practice when wearing the shoes. The soles have nubs that provide sturdiness when swinging a golf club. What I found is that the golf shoes provide good support and do not move / slide when swinging a club. The other thing I like about these shoes is that they can be worn casually off the golf course.BOTTOM LINE: These are comfortable, well-made golf shoes that can be worn on and off the course. I have never owned a pair of golf shoes that are not made of leather where the cost is over $100.00. The price may seem a little high, but if these shoes wear like I hope they will, then the shoes will be a good bargain. I would order these shoes again.

These Shoes Fit My Ulterior Motives Flawlessly!
First off, I have NO intention on doing any golfing anytime soon! I have flat feet which lean a little bit wide, so someone suggested that I try a pair of golf shoes. I thought this odd – as they tend to be pricey, but I decided to give them a try and I have to say – I am kind of blown away! I have gained a bit of weight, have flat feet, and have arch trouble in my left foot (brought on by an old Achilles’ tendon injury that didn’t heal correctly). Where I used to enjoy long walks, I’ve had to stop due to debilitating pain. So I tried these on and walked around in them for a few minutes, I realized that they are pricey and aimed at golfers for a reason – these are made for people like me!What impressed me was the almost technical build of the shoes. I immediately noticed that these shoes were reinforced to hold on to the foot, yet were still very comfortable. I ordered the 10.5 in men, and though they were a bit snug, they still contoured my foot flawlessly as well holding my feet firmly in place. The design is VERY futuristic and resemble a shoe that you would see on a person from the year 2087 or something, LOL. They don’t come with a tongue, like other footwear. They come with a tight slip-on mesh that hugs the foot VERY firmly (it’s actually a little bit hard to get your foot into them because of this), and the laces help reinforce this. On top of all that, the tread on the soles makes these golf shoes extremely valuable for walking on uneven terrain. I guess we’ll eventually see how they’ll perform during inclement city weather like rain or snow.My initial impression of these is favorable, but only time will tell how they perform in the long run!

Not a good fit for my larger feet, even after sizing up significantly.
I have large feet and usually buy Wide. I'd say I'm a normal "wide" and not "extra wide" but on a hunch I ordered a whole size up instead of just half, according to their instructions. Unfortunately, while the length is just right, it's still not wide (or tall) enough. The sidewall and shape are too stiff against the corners of my big toe and pinky toe knuckles. Even without socks I bump up painfully against the confines of its design. The shoe itself is stylish and I wish I could wear it. The exaggerated tail skirt also makes the shoe look much larger, which again makes for an odd aesthetic if you already have large feet (it makes them look even larger like pontoons).I do feel the shoe is of quality make and material design otherwise. What a shame.

Love The Allbirds Golf Shoes!
I have several different pairs of Allbirds and I love them all. They look sharp and are very comfortable. Plus, they work well with just about everything in my wardrobe. So when I saw these Allbirds golf shoes without any hesitation I chose my size and ordered them. And just like my other Allbirds, these are extremely comfortable and they look great too.On the course they keep my feet stable and comfortable all day. Since I seem to specialize in hitting my ball into places where no golf balls have ever gone before, these golf shoes make it easy to climb steep hillsides, traverse the deepest roughs, trudge through the ugliest sand traps, or maintain my delicate balance on the bitter edge of any water traps. And upon survival of the 18th hole, these Allbirds comfortably carry me into the clubhouse hoping to find a real golfer who just made a hole in one and is now buying a round of drinks for everyone.Seriously though, these are very nice golf shoes and they’re so much more comfortable than my old leather ones. If you make a hole in one, please immediately text me so I can get to the clubhouse before you arrive!Oh, one last tip… Allbirds do seem to run a bit small so I always order them 1/2 size larger which for me, has worked out great.
