These pans are very deep and work well with "tulip" style liners. They are not appropriate for regular jumbo muffin liners, as the pans are too deep and narrow at the bottom (as shown in the pic). The general shape looks like a bakery style muffin. A recipe that makes 12 normal muffins (not jumbo) is about the right size for 6 muffins in these pans. Nonstick coating seems to work well. These are heavy duty. Overall they are great pans.

Be sure to follow seasoning instructions and you won't be disappointed. Best yorkshires and muffins ever. Also made breakfast muffins with tortillas, eggs,vegetables and ham. Truly awesome and no sticking whatsoever.

I got both the deep and regular jumbo muffin pans. I cannot speak to the none stick properties as I have not yet tested them out …but they are very sturdy and definitely are the jumbo size I was looking for. Buy with confidence! I would definitely recommend these muffin pans. FYI the deep one are very deep.

Pans are excellent quality, I add additional fluids for more moisture. With regular muffin pans, the muffins come out softer; these come out a little tough.
