Very fatty
Item arrived in good time, I don’t think the quality is quite as good as I’ve used previously but the price makes up for that. It’s ok, just extremely piece fatty brisket that runs through the meat. Hopefully renders down in the smoker low and slow.

much better than we expected.cut the joint into three thye largest given to my younger family, who allso enjoyed it. yes would buy it again

Great delivery, poor item
Item arrived at the specified time, well packaged. Unfortunately though the product had oxidized, smelt bad and it wasn't what I thought it would be like. After some care and attention it was just a long piece of meat that didn't reassemble brisket at all.
