Q: Is this crust dairy free?

Yes and to the person that said no it includes eggs, eggs are not dairy.

Q: What is the nutrition information/calories?

According to the Caulipower website: Cauliflower, Brown Rice Flour, Rice Flour, Water, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Sunflower Oil, Eggs, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sugar, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Xanthan Gum, Yeast, Vinegar, Salt. Unfortunately, that yeast is why a lot of us avoid regular crusts. Looks like I won't be buying this, either.

Q: This is totally ruined and will age out because of sunflower oil? Why put inflammation seed oils in this? Toxic

Hi Karen, this has a low amount of omega6 acids which is what causes inflammation when eaten in excess. However, if you balance with omega3 then the oil is not inflammatory. Most of the things we eat is of an inflammatory nature but we tend to lock on to words that scare us. This is not toxic, this is safe and delicious.
