Good scooter with a couple of issues
Since ordering this scooter it’s actually dropped in price. That’s made me change my review from a three star to a four star as it’s a much more realistic amount for what you’re getting. It’s not a bad scooter by any means, and most kids will be over the moon with it as a gift. It’s got the solid nylon wheels that last forever and the bearings seem to be really substantial and they turn extremely easily. Obviously the motive power is your foot, but the quality of the bearings is what gives you a smoother and more effortless ride.It folds up quite small so if you prefer, like me, to take the grandchildren somewhere safer to ride then it doesn’t take up much space in the car. It’s reasonably adjustable, however the claim of up to 12 years of age is a little optimistic as the maximum height on the handlebars isn’t particularly generous. The light show is a nice touch and it’s easy to turn on and off using the button under the footplate. It’s a single button and you cycle through from off back to off via a few different lighting combinations. The brake is really the rear mudguard rather than a specific attachment. It’s a flexible piece of plastic and you just press down on it and let friction do the rest. That will probably be fine but if the rider is really going fast I think it’s quite quickly going to wear down. That would mean that once this happened you have no brakes. It’s a decent little piece of kit but it’s definitely at the younger / toy end of the scooter market. If it weren’t for the brake issue, I would probably have given it five stars: as it is the little plastic mudguard lets the whole thing down, as the rest of the scooter will outlive that part by years.

Solid scooter with nice light up LEDs
Got this for my daughter who was moving from a 3 wheeler to a 2 wheeler. It comes in a lovely lilac purpose colour. It is solid construction and the mechanism to fold is quite easy to operate (even for her). The clear wheels look nice too and the LED really sets it apart as this has 5 different settings and has multiple colours with the lights also going up over the lettering cutouts in the main shaft. The LED light button is on the underside of the foot plate so can't really be used during scooting around but I expect you would not use it much during the day (we used it at twilight - bright enough to be seen from a good distance but not enough to see what's ahead of you). The handle bars are a good grippy material and can be pulled out and held on some holders but these can move around a little so not sure what the benefit is.I would like it if it had a taller handle - my daughter is already on the top height setting feels like she won't be able to use it till 12 unless she uses it at a lower height than required- it says its good for 50kg and I weight almost 75kg so weight will not be an issue. The brakes are decent but not going at high speed is probably wise - this is not a performance or stunt scooter. At least my daughter and I can scoot together now on 2 wheels so that is the best part!

compact for storage
this folds up making it compact for storing when not in use, it feels very well made, the handlebars are adjustable so it will last as your child gets taller, which is brilliant, the brake works well, at current price of £49.99 it is competitively price making a good main present without breaking the bank, with care this will last for a few years making it excellent value for money

A scooter that will probably hold a strong appeal to youngsters in the targeted age range
This is a scooter that will probably hold a strong appeal to youngsters in the targeted age range of 5–12. It seems quite well made, and it’s helpful that it’s foldable. It comes supplied with two Allen keys and a User’s Manual. The one point I would make is that the online description regarding its lighting feature is misleading. It states online that, “the light will automatically come on when sliding and go off when stopping, this process does not require batteries”. That is simply wrong – you need to fit three AA batteries (not supplied) into a recess under the foot rest. I do wish manufacturers and sellers would get their factual descriptions correct!

Good scooter, strong, attractive, battery operate lights, pricey
This is a good scooter - it is strong and robust, the sizing is adjustable, the appearance is attractive, and it also comes in a nice quality box that make it suitable for gifting. My only gripes are that as an unbranded product, the price of £49.99 at time of review, is the same as for the branded and rechargeable version I got a while back. The quality is similar, except the other was mains rechargeable and this one is battery operated. I think it's a bit too pricey, but it is otherwise a good scooter.

Great scooter
Perfect main present idea for birthdays or Christmas. 2 wheeler scooter that has handlebars that adjust to grow with the child. As they scooter along the wheels , foot plate and shaft light up. folds away for easy storage.
