Great taste and portable!
I have tried so many different apple cider vinegar products, and this one is going to be my go to from now on! It contains no additional sugar unlike other gummy ones so it does not make my blood sugar rate to go higher at all but lowers sometimes and is portable! I just need some water and a packet! It disolves well in the water! I will definately get more of these once I finish this box! :)

I'm not a fan, but my gf is
I personally don't know like the taste of it all (not a fan of vinegar or soy sauce, too pungent for me). To me, it tastes like really old apple juice that was supposed to be refrigerated 2 weeks ago. As far as the benefits of drinking it, nor did I feel any benefits (just nasty flavor), but it seems like the consensus is that it's good for you. Regardless, it's nicely packed in the sugar water mix packages and it's easy to carry, open, and drink. Overall, it's a product my gf enjoyed, and I appear to be outside of the target demographic.

Best Post Workout Drink, Highly Recommend
I've been drinking LIAF Cleanse Apple Cider Vinegar after my workouts, and I absolutely love it! It's so much more refreshing than plain water, and the taste is surprisingly delicious—especially when mixed with ice water. I also love how convenient it is. Just pour one packet into your water bottle, and you're good to go. The great flavor keeps me sipping throughout the day, making it effortless to stay hydrated. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and healthy post-workout drink!

First time trying Apple Cider Vinegar
This is the first time I've tried apple cider vinegar. I decided to go ahead and buy this over the liquid ones and I think it was a good choice. They arrive in individual packets like liquidIV which make them very portable. I just dump the powder in a regular sized water bottle (500ml) and I'm good to go, which is so convenient. Also tastes pretty good!

Interesting...
As someone who drinks ACV on a regular, I got these because the one I get is just the Braggs brand. This one is flavored so I figured I'd give it a shot. It tastes pretty good.. so I'm not mad at it . The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the bottle I get is about $7-$8 dollars and lasts me a while. This one is is pretty much $15 dollars for 10 packets for basically 10 days... which in my head.. isn't really worth it financially in my opinion.

Eh. It's a drink mix
Nothing too special here. If there is any benefit to taking ACV as a bonus, you're not getting it from this. There might be some electrolytes, but not a big dose. Basically it's a sort of decent sugar free drink mix that's not all that awesome. I mean it's not terrible, but I wouldn't pick this up again.YMMV

Sweet depiste zero sugar
Very sweet despite being zero sugar, which is great since other apple cider vinegar products I've tried mostly tasted bitter and sour, making me feel a bit bloated. Would be even better if it's zero calories. Overall recommended!

Had to throw out the whole box
Amazon only lists one ingredient. Clearly there is a laundry list of ingredients in this product (see attached image). I am massively allergic to chicory root extract (also known as ‘Inulin’). It’s a food additive that adds fiber. Unfortunately, my gut also reacts violently to it. Considering this is not an uncommon allergy (Google it), I am surprised that a full ingredient list is not provided on the Amazon store listing. Anywho, since this is non-returnable, I had to throw out the whole box.
