Love my cat!
I bought this for myself as “fur therapy”. :-) Not a “real” cat, but very soft (it even sheds a little-haha), and the purring and meowing are great. I wish the recorded purring would go on a little longer, but it’s nice. The weight is great and adds to the idea of something other than just another stuffed animal in your lap. Overall it’s a very nice product, and I love that you can rename it, and adjust the volume. I leave the opening on the bottom open with the battery controls visible and flush with the cat’s belly to make it easier to turn on and off. I’d love to see them make an orange tabby cat version. :-)

Real life looking and interactive
This beautiful cat looks real. I bought it for my 7 yr old niece that loves my real Chinchilla Persian cat and always comes to my house to pet him. Since both parents work and when they travel on weekends with the kids or between soccer practice and everything else, there's not enough time to care for a real cat. Since my niece has been asking for a cat I thought this will be the perfect gift for her up coming birthday. I already charged it so it will be ready when I give it next month. The cat has a weight of a real cat. It comes with a comb and I think this is going to top all the gifts I have ever given her. It really looks looks real and the hair is so soft and like my real cat. I'm giving her the white one but I bought both color combinations in case I decided to give to her 4 yr old brother or another niece. It's expensive but everything is expensive today and the fact it reacts to your voice and purrs when you pet it I thought this is a winner!!

My companion Kitty
If you have trouble sleeping or have anxiety my kitty MouMou is so relaxing and is so much fun. She does everything it's suppose to do. I just love having her around. I'm not allowed pets and believe it or not you almost almost think she's real. Well worth money. Very well made.

Cute but sheds!
It's a lovely cat. It looks true to life. The function buttons are great—you can adjust the volume of the purring and meowing. My mother loved it and carries it around with her at the nursing home. My only negative is that it sheds, just like a real cat, which I wasn't expecting.

Kitty to mend a broken heart?
I love this faux kitty. I bought it to help me through the grief of suddenly losing my gorgeous tuxedo cat to a heart condition. (I do have, and love, other cats, but that one was so special.) I followed directions to name it my cat's name and turn down the volume of the vocalizations, since they are rather loud. It comes with a USB cord, but is also compatible with my cell phone charger. I only turn it on briefly a couple of times a week, and so far it's held its initial charge. No complaints.

Very soft fur. Great product. Does what it says.
Acts a lot better. There is really nothing to break. No servos. No mechanics. Meows great. Easy to teach a name. Purrs great. Does what it says. I have had 4 other types of supposedly robot cats and all broke within a 3 month period. Wonderful product! Very soft fur.

So realistic, it really looks like a real cat!
My mother, who is 100 absolutely loves her new cat. The cat looks nearly real, and my own cat was a little afraid of it!She named it midnight after her first cat.I love the fact that you can turn the volume down really low. And we are simply turning it off at night as she is in a nursing facility and would disturb her roommate.Thank you.

It does not move
It’s very snuggly and loveable and it purrs and meows. However I thought it moved to your voice too. The one I saw displayed responded to your voice and rolled over, and played. Mine didn’t. It’s just meowed and purred. I gave it to my 90 year old neighbor rather than return it but I was really bummed
