Cannot be taken with anti-coagulents
The rear of the packet received had far more information than the picture of it shown on the listing. Not safe to take with anti-coagulents was only then revealed which was too late.

Honestly terrible, took it once a day for a month with zero noticeable effects. The taste is ungodly so normally I'd just choke it down and move on. Will not be buying again.

Tastes terrible. Has dextrose and blackberry extract, including “natural flavor raspberry. “ There is no name brand and no listing on if there’s any carbs in it.
