I was raging and so out of balance before I found this supplement under the guidance of a naturopathic doctor. She sells it at her clinic but I’ve had to purchase online when I can’t make it to her business. I believe in the efficacy and authenticity of the herbal blend based on her advice. Vitex (Chaste tree berry) has been a life saver. The additional mood balancers have given me a much better handle on the irritability, reactivity, anger, and sadness I was experiencing for two weeks prior to my period.

I’m writing under my husband’s profile name because we share an account. A friend recommended this product to me because HIS girlfriend had hirrible cramps and depressed and emotional before her period. My symptoms are mild comparatively however I do get moody, bloated, crave carbs before my period and have cramps the first day that make me have to rest and get off my feet. Compared to most women I thought myself lucky my symptoms were so mild and I was thankful. I decided to try this product and see if it would improve my symptoms. The first month I think I noticed a difference. The next month-no bloating! And mild cramping and not emotional or wanting to cry. The third month, I had no bloating- had a nice flat stomach, emotionally I was happy, and my period started Friday evening so Saturday was my heavy day. I actually went jogging for 1 hour and spent the day on the beach with my kids! I could never do that before. I can’t believe it! I didn’t know I could improve so much and feel so good. I recommend this product to all friends and women now. I love it. So give it time to work and in the first months my breasts were more sensitive but it’s balanced out now and they don’t get super tender.

Great product, similar ingredients to the trendy flo vitamins, but higher potency for less overall cost. Has really helped with my feelings of lethargy, fatigue, and apathy when pmsing, also has made my cramps less severe.

I purchased this item in place of Crystal Star's Female Harmony because due to COVID-19, no one knew when it would be for sale again. I was told that this product would work just as well. It does work well, but the moment the capsule hits your tongue, you taste it. It's almost like an "old" taste. I just can't seem to get them down quickly enough without tasting them - yuck!! There is no indigestion with it -thank goodness. So, I recommend it on the fact that it works and regulates a woman's cycle well, but the taste is just hard to deal with. My original product is back on shelves again, so I'm going back to it.

I am one of those women that have insufferable periods. I took birth control for 3 years to avoid them (only letting myself have 1 a year) but I had to come off. I was terrified because the first 36 hours of my 4 day period was always spent in pain. I couldn’t function, much less have the want to eat or drink.I started taking these back in February when an ND recommended them to me. I take 2 a day w/food on days 15-28.
