There were so many moving parts in the 14 page instructions that I walked away every night for 3 nights. It just wasn’t sinking in.On night 4 I sat down and refused to get up until I understood how to use the Wave. I watched a video review on Amazon which definitely helped me understand how to use the clamp handle and clamp release. It was then that the light bulb went off. Only problem was that one side was working and the other side wasn’t. I had my husband look at it and he realized the clamp release was not working on one side due to a broken part. At least I now understood that I was not the problem.I reached out to the company and was super impressed with how quickly they got back to me. Joel was amazing, sent me a replacement part with instructions and I received the part in 2 days.My husband helped me remove and replace the new part. It took some time assemble it perfectly and I now understand how it works.I have tried it a few times and am getting the hang of it. I think it’s a great machine and will definitely be using it when my carpal tunnel acts up.I am super impressed with the company and know that they stand behind their products. I even got an email from Joel today to see if all is well and if there is anything he can do to help. Not all companies go out of their way for a customer. You can tell they stand behind their product.

The manual that comes with this product gives the impression that the manufacturer really cares about making sure you use this properly, don't hurt yourself, and see benefits. I was very impressed with how detailed it was. There are different instructions for different issues. It's very easy to adjust the arms on the device as they have push-button adjustments. Time will tell if the product helps, but everything about it gives a good impression.

I saw no benefits, but I could be using wrong. I know it’s difficult to put together, so many parts to deal with and pieces were coming off when in use.

Unlike the other reviewers, this didn't do much of anything for me though I had high hopes for it. It was complicated to set up. It's packed in paper in a nice box. It looks something like a bridge toy. I set it up as instructed on the many pages of the instructions that came with it (which I went through several times) and watched the videos online. I tried it over a few weeks, as I have had carpal tunnel for many years now, and it didn't really do much for me. It's complicated, pricy, and fragile in places. It was not that easy to use and adjust. You wiggle your hand underneath the two bars palm down. You stop when the bones of your wrist are in the middle of the arms. You can draw a line on your wrist if this helps. Then you tighten both sides of the arms using the levers below until it's snug, but it should not hurt. It give a slight stretch. You do this one hand at a time. It may be worth a try if you're working on alternative options.

This product came very well packaged and took some time to finish assembling, however the included instructions and information about the product were very helpful. The device is intended to help you stretch and release pressure to relieve pain. Be sure to follow the instructions closely. I would order it again.

First off this thing looks like some strange type of torture device! But it is the exact opposite! After only 3 uses I am blown away at the relief! Assembly is fairly easy, follow the detailed instructions and you'll have no issues. I did not require any tools for assembly. The device itself is quality built. It feels very substantial. Once you get it adjusted the first time, if no one else uses it, it is very fast to start using it again. If your considering surgery, perhaps give this moderately priced device a shot first. What do you have to loose? Trust me, if you can avoid getting cut open. do it! This may not work for everyone, but I believe it is worth everyone's time to give it a shot before having surgery!

My hobby of painting tiny model cars was getting too painful, but now I can do it again.The instructions are very detailed and can seem a bit intimidating, but be sure to follow them to the letter for the best results.Frankly I am blown away.
