Convenient, low profile & easy to maintain. I DIG it!
I really, really love this humidifier. The small size is perfect for my tiny house with small rooms. It’s so easy to use & clean. It comes apart easily so you can blot it and/or let it air dry. I’ve been using it consistently for over a week at night and each morning I air it out. No need to lug around a bulky cord, it unplugs in the back so you can leave the plug, for a lack of better words: plugged. It’s been mentioned that a liter bottle will last you through the night and I found this to be true. It has a very low hum, easy to sleep with especially if you’re fond of white noise – it’s very subtle. Years ago we used the Vicks humidifier (the hot vapor one). It was cheap and a nightmare. It was unsafe around kids, it was hard to regulate the vapor flow, it sputtered and was noisy. It also made our walls melt with moisture, which to this day you can still see the drip marks on the walls. I’d NEVER go back to that. Before the Smile Rabbit Humidifier we used the Crane brand, penguin model. It did a fine job but it was a hassle to clean/sanitize. It’s fine for bigger rooms I suppose. The reason I’m only giving the Smile Rabbit Humidifier 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because; I wanted the pink model and was sent the blue (I can live with it though) and because the night light is SO bright. I prefer to sleep in the darkest of rooms with blackout curtains and blackout blinds. Any sleep expert will tell you the darker the better. So every night I have to wrap foil around the bright spots so as not to disrupt my circadian rhythm. Still and all I would buy again and give as a gift too. I pray it lasts and hope that I didn’t jinx it by raving about it.

My favorite humidifier yet
This is a great humidifier. It's pretty small, as mentioned in the specs, but it pumps out a lot of moisture. I put it on my headboard, and it creates this lovely waterfall of mist that is strong enough to feel on my skin, but doesn't get anything damp. Over the course of a night, it empties a liter bottle. It does make little "glug" noises as it periodically refills its reservoir of water from the bottle - exactly like an office water cooler - except smaller and quieter. If you are very very sensitive to noise, it might be a consideration. An average person will just tune it out over time, like the sound of the furnace switching on.The instructions say that it comes with a bottle, but they must be outdated, because the box doesn't have enough room for a bottle to have been included. It can handle bottles as large as 2,000ml. There are two adapters for different types of bottles. They are both for narrow mouth bottles, and the difference between them seems to be in the width of the thread, not in the size of the aperture. I have found that SmartWater and Fiji liter bottles fit the narrow thread adapter. Evian bottles do not fit. I will continue to experiment. Also included in the box is a little brush to clean parts of the humidifier. The directions are well translated and include an extensive explanation of how it should be maintained. The pink part is semi-transparent and a muted luminescence shines from inside the body up through it. This light is very quiet and atmospheric in a dark room - no brighter than a dim nightlight. Overall the design is super cute and it is well constructed.

Found the fix
I really want to like this because when it works, it's great. It almost never works, though. Plenty of mist is being made, but it won't come out of the spout. No amount of fiddling or repositioning helps. And then, every now and again, the mist comes out, but never consistently and only once or twice till the water ran out. Really frustrating.Updating: I brought the product in to my IT guy who mentors the robotics team at the local high school. In 3 seconds he spotted the design flaw. If you lift the pink lid, you will see a rectangular notch under the circle where the mist comes out. If the water level goes above the empty space of that notch, the mist won't come through the spout. He thinks it should be a triangle instead of a rectangle. His suggestion for when it doesn't work, is to lift the nozzle and take something like a baby's aspirator and suck off a little of the water to bring it below the level of the notch. He also said to try to be very careful when putting on the water bottle so too much doesn't come out all at once. So, basically, there's too much water at one time in the device.

Great Little Humidifier
I have used the larger humidifiers all my life in NY but when my daughter needed one I gave her mine and was on the hunt for a smaller one for myself. Let's be realistic here...unless you're buying some huge monstronsity a standard size humidifier really wouldn't humidify an entire room and if it did you probably have a wet spot over where you were blasting the mist. That being said I decided I just needed a small personal humidifier that could fit on my night table and provide a thin mist that would only humidify the air I was breathing in. This little machine does just that without leaving any wet spots. I use a Fuji water bottle with it but the machine comes with 2 bottle cap sizes. The only one I am sure it doesn't fit is the new poland spring bottles that have the smaller rim/cap in an effort to save plastic waste. I turn the machine to the lowest setting and it's enough humidity for me. I fill my water bottle (the shorter small Fuji water bottle) every 2 days. This is probably one of the most satisfying purchases I've made in quite some time and I order everything from Amazon.

satisfied!
I just received this today and immediately put it in use. What I like about this humidifier is that it's quiet and easy to use. The cap fits on 16.9oz osarka water bottle. It's been running for 2 hrs and no leak so far. However, it is a lot bigger than what I expected. It's still portable because it's light weight. But it will take up some space. Overall, I recommend this for office or bedroom use.
