This dish is something I look forward to every time I decide to prepare it for dinner. It is delicious. I pour it over rice or rice noodles and it is delicious. Really something I look forward to. Its inexpensive and easy to prepare and something to look forward to having for dinner or even a hearty lunch. Its low cost and its hearty flavor makes it a joy to eat.

Coupled with a similar pkg of Basamati Rice this provides a very, very quick delicious meal for two or one hearty eater. To give you confidence this review is for the Tasty Bite Vegetable Tikka Masala, 10 Ounce, Pack of 6 which we actually bought and eat regularly.

I really enjoyed these. I don't like when the flavors are too spicy or too much like a tomato kind of sauce. I paired with sprouted grain toast, rice, or crackers. Basically I liked the flavor and it didn't give me heartburn after. Add nutrition flakes for a heartier meal. Will keep these on hand.

I had hoped for more eggplant flavor. This is a good dish but really needs to be paired with something else - like mashed potatoes or spaghetti. I hoped for something like moussaka I guess. Oh, well; good price if it's what you want.

Easy to prepare, filling and tastes great. I add a teaspoon of sour cream to make it a bit more creamy and to cut the "bite" just a bit. Excellent source of vitamins and protein.

I love Tasty Bites products. But it has been difficult to find the Eggplant Punjab in stores for some reason; other flavors are available. Glad to fin it on Amazon. Delicious!
