This non-blueray DVD was Region 1 so my UK purchased Sony BDP-S370 BlueRay player refused to play it.I could play it using the Samsung player on my laptop.Luckily, the VideoHelp web forum has an All Region hack posted using URC-7950. The same hack worked using my URC-7140 model. It's the hack beginning1. Press DVD2. Hold the magic button until the Power key flashes twice.3. Press 0533 ....Oh yes, - Plaza Suite - A wonderful 1970s NY pre-social media, pre cellphone, pre laptop nostalgic movie starring the genius Walter Matthau..Seen it before; loved it again.

Sweet to watch this suite
The DVD was exactly as stated as being a Spansh import but played in English. Very happy with my purchase. It was ordered and arrived when stated.

Not what I thought I'd ordered.
I'm actually wanting to purchase the DVD not watch digitally the connection here in Norfolk where we live is not suitable. I purchased a Firestick we cannot use it, it's continually buffering. Hence why I'm looking to buy the DVD, which is what I thought I'd purchased at £7.99. If you mean I watched it, I haven't.

Another great Neil Simon comedy, this Spanish PAL version does work for UK English
Firstly the DVD itself - as stated it is Spanish language in theory but you can skip the subtitles/dubbing and just listen to the original English soundtrack - though you do have to figure the choices out from the Spanish opening screen. I couldn't find any English subtitles.Secondly the drama/comedy - another great Neil Simon offering. If you particularly enjoyed the third part you will definitely want to see 'The Out-of-Towners' - the original Jack Lemmon and Sandy Dennis 1970 version of course.

I’ve known of this movie since it came out in the early 70s. I only had a copy on VHS tape. I’m very happy to have it on DVD.

mi è piaciuto molto, bel film. Però questo dvd: c'è errore bianco/nero ma ho trovato nei colori,solo in bluray: si sente in audio italiano con i sottotitoli italiani insieme, per fortuna!

Appartamento Al Plaza
Tre episodi diversi nello stesso appartamento, tre interpretazioni memorabili da parte di questo magnifico e particolarissimo attore, in ogni episodio un'attrice diversa e una più brava dell'altra. Una commedia vecchio stile, ma che stile! Che divertimento! Secondo me oggi le commedie sono anche troppo sofisticate e intelletuali,l forse manca quella fantasia e sapienza artistica di un tempo, sia europea che americana, perchè quando si rivedono queste vecchie commedie penso a quanto questi artisti siano stati bravi, geniali, anche solo per essersi inventati dei soggetti e pure realizzati con tanta semplicità e maestria, infine, anche senza mai cadere nelle volgarità, platealità o straordinari effetti.

Bella e variegata passerella per l'esibizione delle abilità da gattone istrionico del nostro super eroe.Per me, che sono solo un umile ma sfegatato appassionato, il grande Walter, nel suo spirito calmo e meditato,è tuttavia più travolgente in altre sue grandiose performance.
