Battery had problem but they did a full refund.
Had a problem with my Dyson V10 battery (was 5 months old and running out of power far too quickly), but the company responded to this review and gave me a full refund. So fair play!

Surprisingly good so far
Changing the battery took about 5 minutes, I tried it straight away and the difference was immediately apparent, the vacuum was stronger and lasted a lot longer on full power. It’s only been installed for about a month so I cannot comment on how long the battery retains its capacity.

This never worked
Sadly I didn't try fitting this immediately. The day after the return window had closed I replaced my failing battery to find this one didnt work. Amazon absolutely no help getting a refundInitially left 1 star review but seller immediately messaged and sent replacement which sadly did not work either. They then promptly refunded me my money.

Great Replacement
Original Dyson battery never really lasted long enough to whiz around my whole home. This battery does the trick with plenty to spare. A new filter is also handy.
