As someone who works in the customer service industry, level of service is very paramount to me. So when I see this in other companies I cannot praise enough.As I am away to celebrate my 2nd anniversary (cotton), personalised towels made perfect sense.Ordered my towels on Thursday 23rd around noon - my order was dispatched within hours!At first I was skeptical but then this morning (Saturday 25th) the parcel showed up and was exactly as advertised.Jackie was great with keeping correspondence so would definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice gift.Overall, very happy with the product and will have a wonderful gift to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Purchased towels with personalised names/ date as anniversary gift and was so pleased with product I ordered again for a wedding gift with added towels and hand towels.Both occasions products arrived within the week 5-7days. Well wrapped and protected in clear plastic for onward presentation.The quality of the white towels are very good . I would describe :at least minimum standard expected for good hotel quality. I read one review saying quality of towel poor.. that may have been some time ago and the supplier has obviously listened and upped their game…I chose gold personalised embroidery with the rings joining the names. Well positioned to the corner of each towel, even face cloths, font of good size, crisp and clear.. several colour options to choose from.Product well worth the price, though postage price might be off putting as coming direct from supplier.Contacted supplier Re adding to order and though she didn’t manage to get back to me that evening with email, contacted following day and sorted everything and reimbursed the excess postage. Very helpful , definitely would not hesitate buying more products in the future.
