Noticed no difference in health or energy. I had such high hopes for this product.

I've been taking it for a few weeks now and there isn't a lot to say -- despite it being in addition to my usual supplements, I haven't noticed any physical benefits.The flavor is mute unless you leave it in your mouth for a while, but there isn't any good reason for that unless you have hesitant swallows. I haven't had any negative reactions, no noticeable drawbacks or issues that I can attribute to the change in supplements.I suspect I would need to take them over a much longer period of time to notice any benefits, but that isn't in the cards, so there isn't a lot else to say.

There is a mild taste and smell to the pills. No after taste or major effects have been noticed during use.
