Solid sled
We don’t have snow yet but the build quality feels great for this price. Bottom was pretty smooth, should be a quick sled. Looking forward to my kids putting this to use in the next month or so.

Can't Wait for the Snow
This sled will be a great addition to our winter fun arsenal. It is nice and big, perfect for two or possibly even 3 of my littles. There are nice side handles, but they are a bit difficult for little hands to grip. The rope is a nice addition, as our other sled doesn't have one, and could definitely use one. All in all I'm looking forward to using this in the coming month, and will update my review accordingly. But for now I'm feeling confident this sled will be a much better (sturdier) option for our sledding fun.

Can't wait for snow!
This review is for the Retrospec Retrorider Plastic Snow Sled – Toboggan Style with Pull Rope, Cold-Resistant Coating, and Hard Bottom for Smooth Downhill Rides – Available in 35" and 48" Sizes for Kids and AdultsI selected the 48" version to allow multiple grandkids to sled together. I can't fully test it until we have some snow, but I did look over it to see how the construction is. It is lightweight, which makes it easier to carry/drag back up the hill. The main difference between this version and the smaller one is that the cutouts for hands have finger notches rather than just a smooth oval. I did find several of the finger notches to be very sharp and had my husband sand those down. Presumably you'd be wearing mittens or gloves when using this, but I'm not taking any chances on little fingers getting cut--and the sharp notches could definitely cut. I'm thinking this is just an anomaly in the manufacturing process, but do check when you receive yours. Now we wait for snow!

Much heavier duty than I expected!
This sled is much heavier duty than I expected. It is very solid, not flimsy plastic. The rope is also pretty beefy and seems to be quality. Nice looking as well. Thumbs up.

Awesome Sled
Picked this up for our 2.5 yr old daughter who is quite the fan.The sled is good quality plastic, thick...no concern for use in the snow.We got the shorter one and it is perfect when we pull her around on the carpet.Really looking forward to use outside when it snows eventually!Recommended!
