My Preference for Loose Leaf Tea
I really like using these. I have some others (Tea-sacks), but they just drip some of the tea from shorter cups out all over the place. Messy! Since these bags don't and make cleaning up a teapot a friend gave so much less of a chore, I really would like 2 sets of these instead of the other. They also made for great gifts when I gave out individual loose leaf specialty teas for Christmas. They hold quite a bit of tea, if one wants to make a larger amount while being perfect for individual sizes and a repeat steeping. There are plenty in the package too. They seem to be a good use for a few things, such as using Cardamom pods for soups.

Cool for cold brew and camping coffee!
Bought these to "cheat" cold brew coffee while camping, without the mess of straining or rinsing. Works so well that I now use daily, sometimes making up a week's worth of coffee ahead of time. I got the largest size, which easily holds 3 scoops of coffee (just off the shelf, ground coffee, not fancy). Left in a quart mason jar overnight, the brew is strong enough to drink with a few ice cubes per cup melted in (dilute slightly). If you want a stronger concentrate, use two bags; overfilling keeps water from flowing through. They're cheap, simple, PACKABLE, and disposable!

Don't like loose tea? Bag it
I have several kinds of loose tea which I had been steeping in tea infusers but they were difficult to get rinsed out and clean. Now I put those teas in these bags and it works out great. I throw the used bag with the steeped tea in the trash. The bags are not expensive. I like using these bags.

Durable
I love my coffee in the am, but have acid reflux problems so I buy a low acid coffee that doesn't seem to bother me. At home no problem, but when I go somewhere I'm out of luck. These little bags are a great way to enjoy my coffee in the am especially while traveling. Only reason they got 4stars is I think they could be a little smaller, but they work

Worked well
I bought these bags for mint leaves that I have frozen. I put mint in my tea year round, so when I freeze the mint I have grown in the summer the leaves can crack up and fall apart. Now I put the broken leaves in the tea bag and they flavor my tea wonderfully without always getting the leaves in your mouth. The tea bags have a draw string you can tie very tightly to prevent leakage. These should work well for loose tea if the particles are not to small.

Great, would buy again
These tea bags are great for loose-leaf tea. I have some teas with stems, and they don't poke through the bag. I have some teas with very small leaves, and they don't slip through the bags and get whole tea leaves in what I drink. The drawstring secures the top very well. Unlike other tea bags without the draw strings that just hang over the edge of the cup, these do not risk dripping water from the tea bag all over my table. I am glad I made this purchase and would buy again.

Little to big
This worked out great for what i was making them for- but next time i will look for a smaller size. the tea leaves were only i teaspoon and the bags over took the cup, but that being said the fabric and the tying where of great materials. held up in the hot water.

These are a game changer if you love loose leaf tea but hate dealing with the mess
I just used these for the first time tonight and was extremely happy with the results. I love loose leaf tea but hate dealing with the mess and trying to keep leaves from going down the sink in my apartment. I was able to put three teaspoons of chamomile tea (for about 15oz of water) in the bag and I felt like I had plenty of room for more. I’m so excited to try other loose leaf teas now.
