I did not expect to receive 2 units one each for heat and cold. I use it regularly and fits very well.From a design perspective I cannot add anything. However, the cold ice pack is good enough for about 25 minutes. I can increase the time by either using it directly to my skin, or I can easily insert a smaller ice pack that can be held within its fold. I think the price point is excellent. Very convenient also.

Quality. Worth every penny. Best post surgical purchase. Also works well for soreness, stiffness and injuries.

The ice packs themselves are great. I have two large ones by this brand that I love because they actually stay cold for a long time and I wanted some smaller ones of the same quality. In that, they did not disappoint. This comes with two, a blue and a pink one, and they remain cold far longer than more expensive ones I've owned. The material used for these is nice; it's smooth and actually feels good on skin. They are nicely made and have no uncomfortable edges. I've used them frequently for weeks now and they seem just as durable as the big ones which have held up extremely well over months of use.They get a little rigid if you leave them in the freezer for a long time but it doesn't take long for them to become flexible and they still stay cold for as long as claimed. In my experience, they sometimes last even longer than it says. I never feel like they're egregiously cold even when they've been in the freezer at length so I don't have issues putting them directly on my skin even though they advise against this. To me, it's never an extreme level of cold but rather the perfect amount and that stays consistent for 20-25 minutes at the very least.My only small complaint is with the part that allows you to strap them on your body. The material of the little pouch the ice pack goes in feels and looks a little cheap to me and I personally dislike how that side feels against my skin. It's a little scratchy and mildly irritating to me, but I assume that's so the velcro strap can fasten anywhere on this side. This makes it more versatile in accommodating people of different sizes and adjusting it to suit more needs so I can see why they chose it. Still, it feels and looks just a tad low quality to me, but it's held up well so far and that's the most important thing.The other side of the pouch is fine black mesh with thin velcro in the middle to secure the ice pack inside. That velcro isn't the highest quality but it does hold decently and the velcro on the elastic strap that you use to fasten it around you is very sturdy. I personally wish that strap was slightly thinner because I'm fairly slender and it would be easier to use for me if it wasn't so thick. The strap's material also irritates my skin a bit so it would be nice if so much of it didn't have to touch. To get the thing to stay on, it has to be quite tight obviously but it still rubs against my skin when I move and such. I also wish it was longer so I could fasten it around me in more ways. As you can see, I'm just not a big fan of that whole part in general so I don't end up using it much but I really just wanted the ice packs themselves anyway so that's why I'm still willing to rate it highly. I did want to note my complaints about it for anyone for whom that feature is crucial.

I have eczema not real bad but I have found that icing is the best way to I soothe my hand. It's only my left hand and this product seems to fit the bill I like the little insert that it comes with it you can put your fingers in with the mitt or I've been just using it sometimes by itself cuz it's a little less bulky . The mit stays very cold in fact I usually have to leave it out for a bit so it doesn't feel so stiff and it's easier to put my hand in there. I would recommend this

Perfect for new moms like myself. Those first days of engorgement with my milk coming in were honestly so painful so I immediately was looking for some kind of relief. These were perfect. They fit right in your bra and stay cold a decent amount of time. Helps with swelling and just feels soo nice! Definitely recommended! Super easy to use as well. I have only used them frozen but I know you can also use them to warm the breast as well so I will have to give that a try!

This product worked but was a little bulky for me. I am small frame. 5’2, 130 lbs, small shoulders. I used it after shoulder surgery.It does stay cold. It has a good strap with Velcro. It is well made. I felt like it was not as flexible as I needed it to be.

I’m going to be straight up & say that when I opened the box, I thought they’d sent the wrong item. I almost didn’t even open it & was going to send it back. I received striped covers rather than the pink.I am glad I didn’t go by an assumption! Upon opening the actual product, yes, I received stripes (which is great; I love stripes & they look better than hot pink!) but what impressed me was the quality of the covers & of the cold/hot packs themselves.The packs are made of a thicker material than other ice packs. It’s a very thick, sturdy feeling fabric—not the plastic stuff or an extremely thin linen like my other microwave pack. The covers are soft, easy to put on & off and while I’ve yet to wash them, they appear easy to clean.I thought the price was high for what it’s marketed as, however, now that I have them, I’d absolutely buy again. They are easy to fit on your chest & as someone who definitely isn’t a small bra size, they are easily big enough.I did see that one person mentioned the card that comes with them & wasn’t sure whether to trust the reviews. After receiving it, I would say, please do trust the positive things people have said! Unlike many of the other cards I’ve received in various purchases, this company doesn’t even make any request for you to review at all—much less do it positively. They only say something like, ‘please consider us the next time you need ice packs for injuries, headaches, etc. as we are a small family owned company.’ I prefer to support small businesses & I’m leaving a review because I was pleasantly surprised & believe they’re absolutely worth they money. The quality is absolutely there & now learning they’re a small business makes me even happier I didn’t go by my first impression.Edit: After looking at the other reviews more carefully, I think I got the wrong covers completely. The ice packs are correct, but the covers are solid. There is no way to put it around the nipple as shown.

As a first time mum, breastfeeding is a heck of a roller-coaster but these pads are so wonderful for after breastfeeding. I've been dealing with pain and I finally decided to order these pads, I was extremely pleased with the relief it brought me. They're much thicker than the other brands and don't take as long to freeze and bring soooo much relief as mentioned before! They're big and fit the whole area even go off to the side a bit and cover everything, I wear DD and they're perfect. I previously bought the "Lansinoh" ones and wasn't happy at all with them, they stayed cold for maybe 5 minutes and took more time to freeze. 100% suggest this brand for any mum's in discomfort, they're definitely worth the buy.

There is only 4 in the package. 1 green, 1 pink, 1 yellow, and 1 blue . These are however the best to keep in your fridge or freezer when someone needs ice pack. Excellent product
