Could not put it down one started, and I trust this author's work and have since bought many of his work. the truth is always to the point short and sweet. He doesn't do filler pages of useless reading. For those seeking info to determine what is truthful, start with his books.

In all thy getting get an overstanding . that is the new maxim that will guide the age of aquarius in the coming new age . all the hidden things of the past will be out in the open . this book will be one of the primers of the new age . freedom will no longer be a strange concept to the minds of all the inhabitants of this planet because people will KNOW THE TRUTH and the TRUTH WILL MAKE THEM FREE... this is an excellent,informative and historical guide for all the inhabitants of OZ to be free of the wizard...

All of David E. Robinsons books will be most valuable to all of us. Read this book, then watch "The Matrix' movies. This is us, the slave, the 'fictional entity', that has no idea we are not even valued as a 'human being' under the 'Constitution'. We are but a 'product' like all that live in the U.S. under the Corporation called "Washington D.C." just like Mc Donald's, or Walmart. AND the IRS and the Federal Reserve private corps too.... get the knowledge while you can!

The quickest, to the point, accurate information I have found on the subject of truth in commercial Law. David does a great job of describing and documenting the aspects that control the ignorant American people. (As the rest of the World does also) We have all been sold a bill of goods, we each KNOW, just does not feel right. Is it not time to learn who and what you REALLY are? Shed your cognitive dissonance, step into the light and brace yourself for the hard hitting truth that awaits us all. Great book.

Excellent read for understanding how we are born into slavery and programmed to believe we are free but no one I know has ever gotten this to actually work. They just ignore you and only follow the law when it serves them.

Book arrived on time and in good condition

Firstly I wish to point out that I have no financial interest in the sale of this book.I have bought several of David Robinson's books on matters legal and lawful.Legal and lawful though implying the same thing are not synonymous. Thelegal beagles of this word speak a language which to all intents and purposessound the same. However they are nothing of the sort.Once you understand the meanings for the usual everyday words used in courtyou suddenly find you are so far off the beaten track it could result in possibleprison time for not knowing what those common words mean. You could andmore than likely lose your liberty.Let me give you an example with the following scenario: You are attending courtfor the first or the hundredth time. The charges are read out to you after askingyou for your name. Then the very next thing they ask if you understand the charges.There are three things in the scenario which are the name, charges and understand.They seem very reasonable questions , so where is the problem with that?I am not going to bore you with the three words in question which are YOUR NAME,The CHARGES and do you UNDERSTAND the charges.For brevity I will concentrate the simplest of the three words ie UNDERSTAND. Youwill probably think what is wrong with UNDERSTANDING the THE QUESTIONS? NOWI AM GOING TO SHOW YOU THE DIFFERENCE:The clerk has read the document to you and finally asks you if you understand, youautomatically say yes I do. That is only natural in English but the courts you are NOTTOLD that it is not English they are speaking. They are using a language whichsounds like English, reads like English but the meanings of the words are very verydifferent. They are using a language called LEGALESE.Basic English for UNDERSTAND means you are familiar with the words being used,and you do understand its use.In LEGALESE the same word UNDERSTAND means something completely different.You may think how so. In LEGALESE that word is changed by something called"WORD MAGIC". It actually means to STAND UNDER what was read to you. Thisswitch in meaning is completely different to what you believed and comprehendedto mean eg: I comprehend, but you don't. By affirming that you do the courts havesprung a trap and you have removed all liability to yourself.As I said English and Legalese are different languages.The very second you said you understand has changed your position in the courtseyes. They have maneuvered you into a trap. The trap is sprung and you cannotrelease yourself from it. Legalese changes the very meaning of understand intotwo English words meaning "STANDING UNDER" the charges meaning you are willingto pay for your appearance in the court. You have possibly convicted yourself by yourown tongue.Now what has that to do with STANDING UNDER ? It is a term taken from engineering.Primeraily in bridge construction. When a bridge engineer completed the bridge hesaid would take 50 carts fully laden with produce and it will remaining standing. Toprove that, the engineer stood underneath the structure while 50 fully laden cartsdrove on the bridge. If the bridge did what it was he said to do, it was concerned safeby the engineer as he had STOOD UNDER the bridge. In other words he and hisreputation was intact. He understood the implications of standing under the bridgethat if it did not work he would have died from the ensuing collapse. Theyunderstood as we understand the cost involved.
