Lightweight hexagonal tarp for rain or sun shelter.
Weighs just under 2 lbs so it's fairly easy to pack. If you fold it down the middle from corner to corner, the sides are 9.5' apart in total (4.75' each side) so you can set this up to make a shelter about 3.5' tall and 6.4' wide, staked to the ground. If you can elevate it you can have more working area underneath but sideways wind may soak you the higher you go.You can invest in poles to elevate just the front for more of an enclosed, tent like structure too. I like that it comes with stakes and a stuff sack for storage.Would I carry this as my only shelter option? Probably not, but it works in a saddle bag or for options lighter than a full tent.

Great for my hex tent
I was previously using a regular, rectangular tarp for the groundcover with my hexagonal tent. That left areas of my tent that were in contact with the ground unless I used an oversized tarp. This is just a bit bigger than the footprint of my tent which is perfect. I can leave an area to put shoes and things that I don't want in the tent without sitting them on the ground. It works great for sitting in the field at our local concerts in the park as well but I plan to leave it wrapped around my hex tent for protection when traveling as well as easy access when setting up camp. The size and material are great, just wish it was a little bit lighter. But, the thickness is good so lighter would mean thinner I suppose.

Durable and Convenient Tent Tarp Upgrade
I recently swapped out our oversized blue rectangular tarp for this waterproof tent floor mat, with carrying cases for the mat and stakes, and I’m thrilled with the upgrade. It more closely matches our tent’s footprint and folds into a more compact size, making it easier to pack. Unlike our previous vinyl tarp that doubled as a catch-all for raking leaves, this new mat is made from thick, sturdy fabric—durable yet lightweight. The heat-sealed seams help with extra moisture protection, and the elastic loops and metal grommets make it easy to stake down under our tent—a feature the old tarp sorely lacked.Overall, this camping floor mat is a practical and quality addition to our camping gear. Recommend!

Versatile Multifunctional Piece of Gear
I use this footprint for many things and it has proven to be a versatile piece of gear for my high mountain adventures. I use this folded in the vestibule of my mountaineering tent to keep the junk out of my tent. I have used it as a tarp to cook under in rainy or light snow situations. I used it to cover firewood at base camp. Its loops make it easy to attach or stake out. Overall, for the price, I'm really glad to have this useful piece of gear.

Great fit for our hexagon screen tent.
Very pleased with the size and quality of this ground cover tarp. It is a perfect match for our Pamapic hexagon screen tent. The tightly woven and polyurethane coated fabric is lightweight. Weighing only 1 pound and 12 ounces. Light enough to be an alternative tarp shelter for backpacking. All of the seams are double stitched and the tie downs are straps instead of grommets. Which I prefer, grommets always seem to be the weakest point.

Necessity for glampers
I used to spread under my glamping tents, my more expensive tents made of canvas instead of plastics. I feel it's essential not only to protect the tent from the ground but also to keep mold, mites, and other vermin from taking residence in my fabric and warming their way into my home. It's perfect size and a great design that fits just about any tent I have. It's a good quality and a good price.
