Cleared my sons diaper rash in 3 days
Every now and then my 2 year old will get a terrible diaper rash - nothing severe that his skin bleeds but enough so that it is uncomfortable for him and his little bum turns red. I have tried other rash creams before and had one that did work to keep the rashes away if I used it at every diaper change - but wouldn't really help much once he had a rash to clear it up. Well, he had a pretty bad looking rash and I wanted something that would help clear it up fast and provide some comfort while soothing his skin. I came across this one and at first thought it wasn't going to work - so many others hadn't worked in the past. This cream is thick and I do mean it takes a little effort to squeeze it out of the tube, thick. It's pink in color and has an odd smell. So far it hasn't stained my sons clothes and I used disposable diapers, not cloth but he likes to squeeze the tube while I am changing him and rub the cream on his shirt. The first night after my sons bath I put some of this one him and a little does go a long way. That next morning the rash was starting to go down some. I kept applying at each diaper change, noticing that the cream wasn't coming off much - which is a wonderful thing if you want skin protection from wetness. By the 3rd day the rash was gone. I am amazed at how well this stuff works and how fast. I have another rash cream that is runny and doesn't stay on the skin between diaper changes - didn't clear up his rashes before very fast. And then I have this rash cream, which is very thick and stays on between diaper changes and did clear up his rash very quickly. Hands down this is the rash cream that I am going to keep on hand for every diaper change and for the little rashes that pop up on occasion.

PAINFUL Anal Fissure
Soooo, I got an anal fissure from probably pushing too hard during a bowel movement or from wiping too much (sorry for the personal info). I didn’t know exactly what it was because I also have a tiny, tiny hemorrhoid from being pregnant. When I had any pain “down there”, I thought it was just my hemorrhoid acting up. After months of it getting worse (about a year), I started researching fissures. My symptoms were spot on. I went to see a internist at the recommendation of my doc and he gave me all the traditional ideas to try (sitz baths, fiber, etc.). On top of that, I purchased $500 suppositories, hundreds of dollars in creams that claimed to heal fissures, a donut pillow, a fissure pillow and even tried different yoga poses as suggested on blogs. NOTHING worked. On a scale of 1-10 for pain, I was a 20! No joke. I hated to eat because that would mean I would have to go the bathroom. I had lost about 8 pounds in about 2 weeks. It was ruining the quality of my life. I ended up at my GP’s office, crying, thinking I was going to live with this forever or have to have surgery. Depending on the day, I was pretty much couch ridden, popping ibuprofen. I read on one blog that a man had tried Calmoseptine. I thought no way would a $7.50 cream help. I tried it though and it has been life-changing. I really mean it. It took about a week before I noticed a difference, but now I am about 85% better. I am not back to 100%, but anyone with a fissure knows that 85% better is a dream. I have been using it for a month religiously, and I will never be without it. I had tried Desitin without success which has the zinc as well, but for some reason, Calmoseptine is doing the trick. I totally KNOW the complete misery a fissure causes, and I recommend Calmoseptine hands-down. My life is basically back to normal. The cream is thick and messy (don’t expect that your sexy underwear won’t suffer), but it’s totally worth it. I wish I would have found Calmoseptine a year ago. I’m still crossing my fingers that it will completely heal and really believe that Calmoseptine has made the difference.

Avoid Bed Soars!
Avoid Bed Soars! I have been using this on my dad in order to help avoid bed soars. I am thankful for this high quality product, since as anyone who has had to deal with caring for a loved one's bed soars can tell you...... they are time consuming and Expensive! This product is worth every cent. (My Dad spends a lot of time on his recliner & wheelchair. He can move, but cannot walk. So he is able to do his exercises in his recliner.) I use this product liberally & make sure to apply to any bony area that may cause a bed soar on his bottom area. I apply it at every diaper change. His home care nurse suggested the product to us after he got his 1st bed soar & he has not had a bed soar since.

Fantastic!
Tried this on a stubborn rash that was spreading on my son's the face on both sides of the cheeks. It was visible with two dark patches that sometimes looked flaky and would itch. Winter made it worse as much as exposure to the hot summer sun did. Months of using anti itch creams and natural remedies did nothing to help. Applied this 2 to 3 times daily and by the 3 day there was marked improvement. I couldn't believe my eyes and thought I was trying to comvince myself about its efficacy. On day 5 the two patches were non existent. The skin is even- colored as though a rash was never there in thr first place. Incredible would be an understatement. Also used it on a bug bite that was turning into an irritation. Again nothing else worked. After 2 applications the bump around the bite had shrunk and is almost healed. The color of this lotion is pink like calamine lotion but it has a very thick and pasty texture that reminds me of a diaper cream or thick sunscreen lotion. For fairer, untanned skin this will show up less. But for dark or tanned skin it is prominent until it is washed off. We didn't have a problem with the color because school is out for summer and if we had to go out anywhere he would only apply it when we returned and again before bedtime, and still had results. Amazon's price was almost the same as drug store prices so it was convenient for me to order it on prime. Shipping was quick and timely. Very pleased with the service. The tube is big. I was expecting a small tube, and since a little goes a long way, this will last and last.

Ask any wound care RN!
This barrier ointment is without competition! Skin heals well, and areas peripheral to the wound bed are protected from breaking down when there is drainage from the wound. Hospitals have replaced this with a much cheaper, lesser quality skin barrier ointment, so we bring our own!! I have been a long-time caregiver (15 years) to 3 disabled family members. Medical professionals could hardly believe how healthy their high risk areas of skin were, when examined. I share this information with every caregiver.

Nu Stock worked for Molluscum- keep this for diaper and urine rash
We purchased this as a Molluscum treatment after much research. We saw no improvement whatsoever for Molluscum- more still sprang up every few days. However it's fantastic for diaper rash and urine scald. We've used several other remedies for Molluscum. Lemon Balm ointment, a Molluscum type of chapstick, different oils mixed in with Camphophenique and Bag Balm, a prescription cream from Dr etc etc. Zymaderm was recommended by another DR so we ordered it and tried it. It did seem to slow the spreading. Dabbing it on each bump (probably 40 or 50 of them on his legs and one on his arm) morning and night is time consuming for a busy 6 year old. After almost 3 weeks not much improvement. Bathing in essential oils and epson salts with tea tree oil (if you mix the oil with epson salts first they absorb in the tub water instead of floating on top if not mixed first). Since we use Nu Stock (either Pierce's Nu Stock or Durvet Nu Stock they're the same) I decided to try it one night. Dabbing a bit on each bump with a q tip. The next morning they were down 30 to 50%. The tiniest ones could no longer be felt! Did again the next morning and they are all down at least 50% with no new bumps. Nu Stock is safe for all species (even cats!) and works well on humans. Smells strongly of sulfur but with the disappearing bumps you won't mind at all! If you know anyone with livestock ask for a shot glass full- or just buy it. It's 17.99 for like a pound container on Amazon or a little less at Tractor Supply. Best thing I've seen after months and months of fighting it and buying all sorts of expensive "remedies" that failed.

Saved me from itching
I recently had great irritation (perhaps a vaginal infection, although no cultures came back positive for anything) in my crotch area which became pruritis ani. I had never had this before and did a lot of research online, where I found Calmoseptine recommended. This thick cream (more than an ointment) saved me. The menthol kind of heats you for a few minutes when you first put it on a sensitive area, but that goes away and then the itch and soreness is greatly relieved. I could put it on in the morning and be fine all day. You should use only a little bit of it. It is very very thick (which you know if you have ever used zinc oxide for babies with diaper rash) and will not wear off easily. I very gently washed the area with just water and then put more on before going to bed. If you've ever had this, you know that the itch is worst when you lie down for the night and can keep you up in the middle of the night, too. But this product helped me get a good night's sleep. I couldn't believe how much it helped. I think if I had had this cream when the irritation first started, I could have avoided the worst of it. Now I'm keeping the rest of the rather large tube in case it happens to me again. One warning: it really does stick like glue to you, so don't expect to apply it and then wash it off in an hour. You'll irritate yourself more if you try to do that.

Bites relief in a tube
Can’t praise this product enough! My sister sent me my first tube. I passed it on to a grandmother at the pool who was stressing out about allergic reactions of granddaughter. Made granddaughter’s visit a happy occasion. My grandson came to visit covered in mosquito bites. Applied cream and all but two bites were gone. He asked for more on them at breakfast. Gone by lunchtime. This works on all have allergies to mosquitoes, horse flies… Daughter in law uses for diaper rash now. Thank you to creator of this project. It made going outside possible. Purchased the little packets for my purse and to add to camping first aid.
