This is a very well researched product. It came very well wrapped, had no chance of being damaged. The name was beautifully typed and the coat of arms made it look very special. The silver frame was ideal, it looked very expensive. Very good value for money too. I shall use this company again and would highly recommend. Full marks from me.

I was sent an Irish version of my surname instead of the Scottish one (my fault as I didn't specify). I emailed the company and received a very quick response to say it was no problem and they would put the correct page in the post. It arrived a couple of days later.
