The mixer compatible with PS5 or Xbox?

Pupgsis T12 works great with PS4 or PS5, but it doesn’t support Xbox.

When do I need to turn on the 48V phantom power?

48V phantom power for XLR condenser microphones. Check microphone specifications first. Turn on the “48V” button when needed (white indicator light is on).

Connected teammates hear echoes of their own voices, how do I fix this?

Turn off the loopback button. If this feature is enabled (white light is on), audio sent to the device via USB will be sent back to the USB-connected device.

Can I adjust the mic gain by using this audio mixer?

Sure! The audio mixer comes with mic volume fader. You can push the fader gradually from the zero until desired loudness depending on your mic gain.

What should I do if I encounter problems while using it?

If you have any questions, you can leave us a message at any time, and we will contact you within 24 hours. We have efficient after-sales staff and a strong technical team.
