Great value for money product. Good range and works even if 3 rooms away. The setup was very easy and practically non existant. The pairing happened automatically once plugged in. It comes with hdmi to type c converter as well. Has been using it for a week and no lags.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought this to connect my laptop to a TV without running a long HDMI cable across the room. Setup took less than a minute, and the connection has been very stable. Picture quality looks great, and there is no noticeable delay for watching videos or giving presentations. The LED screen is helpful and the device feels well made. Definitely worth the purchase.

This device does NOT support 1080i (1920x1080 30hz). It does NOT support HDCP, I get an ORANGE screen with sound from the ROKU but NO PICTURE. It sounds like it has tons of options, but not true. You must insert this unit directly into the HDMI port on the receiver and ALSO USE A USB connection for POWER. The placement of the power input on the side of the unit interferes with OTHER HDMI ports. I could NOT get the device into the HDMI slot AND use the power. With small dongles you can move the unit out enough to allow the connection to work. REALLY FRUSTRATING. It also kept trying to find the receiver or the transmitter, not sure which way was having the issue. It would TRY to pair BUT THEY DO NOT GIVE INSTRUCTIONS on how to PAIR the units! It has a menu item on the webpage for connection control but no details. NOT ENOUGH EXPLANATION. It really is NOT that flexible. It has plenty of adapters but NO REAL control over the product. You can connect the devices to your WIFI and access the device through a browser but that is not very useful. TOO SIMPLISTIC. Sadly the 1920x1080i option does NOT exist. Since my DISH Joey uses EITHER 1080i or 1080p, the JOEY keep trying to AUTO selects the output, but this unit would not allow it to adjust. Unhappy. The instructions are a JOKE. They do not even show what is INCLUDED in the box or identify all the parts.

I deliver presentations in various locations. It can be quite frustrating at times because you often have to install an app or use some kind of dongle. Setting up mirroring can involve numerous steps, like trying screen 1, then screen 2, or adjusting your resolution. It can be annoying dealing with so many different connection methods. Now, I simply carry this in my laptop bag, and it operates perfectly every time. It's fast and straightforward. No need for an app, no more irritation, much less trouble. Totally worth it.

No more cords. I have them at work and at home, which makes it convenient to use the television as a monitor. I'm it came with the additional adaptors, which allow me to plug in multiple devices. Note the transmitter (TX stick) does get warm, close to hot. The receiver (RX stick) gets warm, but not like the TX stick.

Great product if you want to have the flexibility of using your laptop or phone(that supports video out) from anywhere in the room. Just plug the tx to transmitting device and rx to receiving device and you're all set. It has 50m range so plenty of room to move around without the hassle of wire. Features dedicated 2.4+5ghz band Wi-Fi for lag free video transmission, need to test for gaming though. Currently using on my phone as desktop mode.

Definetly good to have for home labs where the devices sit in a crammed place and you want less clutter..
