I really like these. Just think....your veggies will not longer roll off as you are cutting them up either. I like the size of the small one but it is a shame they don't include a medium sized one too. It's either one small or one large even though they say medium, to me it is large. Maybe it's because I don't make big roasts. This is why I gave them 4 stars.

The silicone cutting boards don't slip, which is nice. Because they are pliable, it is easy to transfer cut items to a bowl.

These are great replacements for my plastic cutting boards which wear out and leave bits of microplastics in food. These show no signs of wear even after a couple of months of daily use.

Nicely rigid - not hard but not floppy either so they stand up nicely in the dishwasher. Good feel for the knife when cutting - a little give.

I was really excited for these boards but I honestly have no idea where the good reviews are coming from. Unless you’re cutting with a butter knife or a toy knife, you’re going to get cut marks. I simply cut an onion on this, using gentle slow cuts, and ended up with deep slices into the board. This one is going to now end up in landfill. What an absolute shame. Looking back at the item description, “don’t use sharp or rough” on the board…what?! Okay well I guess my bad, that quite contradicts the use of a cutting board!
