I've been following and enjoying The Monday Pasta Clubs weekly recepies on Instagram for a couple of years, so I thought I would buy the book!I'm so glad I did.... It's a great book for someone who wants to push on with their Pasta dishes.The 60 meals are divided into 4 sections dependent on the time it takes to prepare them. Some are ready in under 15mins.The book itself has a modern quality feel. The recepies I have tried to date have tasted delicious, enjoyed by all, and are not overly complicated to make.Beyond the images and many recipes I found the "Know your Pasta shapes" section a useful insight into the world of Italian pasta.Go beyond the limiting world of Rigatoni and Penne!

Great recipes, really tasty and easy to follow - highly recommend

A lovely easy to follow cookery book, with delicious easy to follow pasta dishes which I am gradually working my way through, no failures so far.

This cookery book is like no other! Clever, robust recipes with detail that anyone can follow. Ed the author has written this book in a way that makes the most complex delicious recipes he has invented, into easy to follows processes. You are missing out if you don't buy this book
