This stuff works - period. It dissolves best when put in the bottom of a cup/glass and liquid added on top, however; it will dissolve by pouring in a bottle of water. Shake it up good, let it sit for a bit and shake again. If it still has small clumps, wait a few minutes and shake again - it will completely dissolve. I use it everyday, 2-3 times a day. Started out using the packets but have gone to bulk for everyday use and keep packets just for travel. Great product.

Great, fine fiber for IBS issues

my own fault for not actually looking up what acacia senegal was. read a bunch of recommendations for this fiber for IBS sufferers. tried it out. terrible. terrible. mistake.i avoid foods with any kind of thickening agents in them, gums, tapioca, cellulose thickeners, alginates, all of them are just awful for me. if i'd realized this was actually gum arabic, yet another thickening agent, i'd never have tried it.my own fault, but buyer beware. if you're sensitive to thickeners, you'll likely have a problem with this product.

Convenient powder dissolves into anything.Can be mixed into food or liquid,Hot or cold.Natural ingredients are always the best.

I've struggled with IBS for many years now with no solution. The older I get the worse it seems to get. The last few years I've not been able to really digest my food properly. I would go days and sometimes a week without proper movement. This has really caused significant increase in my waist line. But this stuff works great! I'm so happy I've finally found something that is giving me relief and helping. I can tell when I go a day without it also. Very happy with this purchase and will continue to use this daily!

The first day I tried this it worked so well, I thought I had found some relief. By the second day, I was having to run for the bathroom all day long again. It's pouring out the other end! The fourth day I had such severe cramping that I couldn't stand up straight and was shaking and crying on the toilet. Going back to RenewLife.
