Not the fanciest but gets the job done
I had one for myself that my husband liked and I couldn't remember the brand so I bought this one and he says he's using it and likes it. It gets the job done and if you know what you're doing with any brand of blackhead-extractor you won't bruise yourself. I happen to like these ones with the smaller loops; it's just my personal preference.

it works
one side better than the other. There is one side that is a thin piece of metal and the other a bowl shape. The thin side hurts and makes people scream where the bowl side doesn't. but it actually works pretty well.

yeah
this is good. I use it all the time and it really removes the blackheads. the other side is good too for pimples. just dont press too hard or you might rupture some blood vessels.

Great for those hard to reach spots.
This tool is great for those hard to get to spots like when pimples or blackheads form in your nose, your ear or the spots between where the side of your nose and cheek meet. I'm yet to even use the wire end, but the ends with the spoon looking bit with a hole is the thing you need. My purchase was not through amazon or Avon, it was through the bay next to D and between F, but it appears that this is the exact same design and the only one on Amazon that even looks like the one I purchased for not much less then what they are asking for here.It does what you would expect it to do... to go into some TMI, I had a zit growing inside my nose that I discovered today when I woke up. Usually I would have to try and poke around it with tweezers or bite the cotton off an ear bud and try to scratch it till it popped, then it gets sore and crusty later... not anymore, today I used the tool, lined up the hole to the zit (looking in a mirror) and gently pressed down and scraped a little till the pimple popped, and the cup thing catches the gunk. It's that simple and I feel no soreness. So this thing really does work, and no, I don't work for the company, else I wouldn't give you so much disgusting detail... for a couple of bucks, it's a worthy purchase to make those tough spots, that your fingers cant get to, easier to get rid of those annoying zits.
