Smart QR Label System Using AI for Inventory and Organization (90 Stickers - 45 White and 45 Nonwhite - 2cm Diameter)

Our STEM nonprofit has 20 laptops to manage, both for asset management and keeping up with passwords, software versions and memory capability. I had been making 3x5 cards with the stats for each laptop, but as you might imagine, those disappeared quickly as laptops were checked out and returned. The Scanlily QR code system is neat because you don't have to have the app to scan the QR: it pops into a web page to show the fields I want to display, and that scan updates the location.So our first project has been to get 12 laptops into this system, and we found it useful for tracking which machines have had their memory upgraded, and which have CAD capabilities. We used to put colored tape on the laptop for different capabilities (photo 2), but with colored Scanlily stickers, I can convey more than that! I can ensure the right power supplies are matched to the right laptop, and know which laptops should be replaced when we can afford it.We picked Scanlily because it is engineered in the USA, has great support (what other Amazon product has a half-dozen videos in the product description?) and above all, works well with smartphones. Other inventory management solutions were desktop-based with some mobile features, but Scanlily does everything from my phone. The "lost" feature means that when anyone who finds one of our left-behind laptops scans the code, it provides them with return contact information.The pro-version offers even more, and is very affordable, especially compared to other asset management products. Each of our volunteers has been very enthusiastic about using Scanlily: when does that happen?

I am using the stickers to scan what's in my boxes with a description and where it is located. The QR codes are easy to use too. Easy peasy!
