Q: Can I use this product to make soap mold liners for my wooden soap mold?

I bet you could. Its very durable, dense and rubbery.

Q: Can I paint this product to felted slipper to create rubber sole?

You could use it for that purpose, but it will deteriorate over time... I use a rubberized roof coating for items that need to be more durable.

Q: Can you use to dip the handles of tools into for a better grip ? Thx

You probably could but it would be much cheaper to use the stuff that's made for that, plus it would take a lot of time to build up enough layers to do the job. All you have to do with the stuff that's made to coat tool handles is dip them in and let them dry.
