This journal is absolutely life-changing. I have come to believe we are all worthy of great abundance (referring to money, love, freedom, or anything else), but at some level most of us don't know or believe this, and that is the only reason we don't have it. This journal is packed full of thought-provoking exercises to help you dig in and understand the blocks you have to abundance. It helps you uncover patterns have you learned and incorporated into your belief system that prevent you from having the things you desire. I especially love the afformations section, a new type of affirmation that I personally had not heard of before, but I won't ruin the surprise by describing it here. :)This journal is also physically beautiful. The cover and pages feel thick and luxurious, and I love that it has two marker ribbons so you can save your place in two different spots in the journal if you like. I have found it useful to read through and get an idea of what is coming, then think about things for a few days before actually writing in my answers. So I use the ribbons to mark where I'm reading ahead and also where I'm actively recording my thoughts.I have worked with the author, Mira Kelley, on and off for many years, and I can say she is truly a visionary in this space. She comes from a positive, open-hearted space to help people become their best selves. (I also highly recommend her book Beyond Past Lives - one of my favorite books!) If you use this journal and apply yourself to the work of uncovering your limiting beliefs and blockers and then releasing these, your life will change for the better! SO worth it!!

I have really enjoyed using this journal! Mira has some of the best books, workshops and sessions for self discovery and healing! First, it's well crafted and high quality. I ordered the pink which is true to color. The gold text and outer edges of paper are appreciated touches. There are just SO many probing questions that really get you thinking about your relationship with abundance, money, self-worth and gratitude. The instructions on "afformations" was extremely useful in constructing my own forward thinking, positive beliefs. I feel a mix of catharsis when approaching the hows and whys when using this journal but it is appropriately balanced with positive changes towards new attitudes and beliefs. There are no prescriptive instructions on how to best utilize sections in the book, but I recommend filling out one question in each section per day or within one week to allow oneself to keep rotating in and out of all the components it has to offer--kind of like rotating between legs and arms at the gym. You’ll get a well-rounded good workout! If I were to make one change it would be the numbering of pages which would have been useful. As an LMSW I would recommend this for persons looking to go deeper on their root causes for challenges with money and as a gift for that friend or family member who is looking to increase their abundance and/or ensure they are developing a healthy relationship with money. This journal is everything I needed! It’s made of good material and allows me to write down my goals and manifestations. It also has questions that helps me better understand what I can do to grow in wealth and other aspects of my life. I love it so much, I bought one for my daughter and niece. I will be using this as Christmas presents soon!

I was lucky enough to have worked one on one with Mira several months ago, and she really helped me unlock my potential. I recently started using the "Worthy of Abundance" Manifestation Journal, and I’m really enjoying the experience so far. The layout is well-designed, making it easy to focus on daily affirmations, goal-setting, and positive thoughts. It has a mix of prompts and open space, which helps me stay organized while allowing for creativity.The prompts are motivating, especially if you’re looking to develop a mindset geared toward abundance and success. I’m still in the early stages of using it, so I can’t confirm the long-term results yet, but it’s already making me more mindful and positive about my financial goals. If you’re looking for a structured yet inspiring way to work on manifestation, I’d definitely recommend this journal!
