Please check your box when you get it. I only had 8 sets instead of the 10 that was supposed to be in there. Frustrating for what you pay for these!

If you're hoping for a quick whitening, these are not going to satisfy you. They work; don't get me wrong, but you may need to use them for 3-4 days in a row to start to see any noticeable difference. I have pretty thick enamel so the effect is even more subtle, but I do notice reduction in stains and a whiter smile with use.I don't find these to be irritating nor do they increase gum/tooth sensitivity for me, which I have noticed with some other whitening methods.What works best for me is using a towel to dry off the surface of my upper teeth, then apply a strip. Then dry off the lowers and apply there. This helps get a good adhesion for the 30 minutes that they recommend you leave them on. If your teeth are too wet, the strip will slide around and not adhere well.

Your mileage will definitely vary, but if you don't drink coffee or colored drinks as much as I do then you might see better results.You get ten set of strips per package and each one can be used for about thirty minutes a day. They install onto your upper and lower teeth and work to lift stains and whiten teeth. The gel can be removed after thirty minutes, and you can repeat this process for up to ten days with the included ten-day kit. I have found that it does offer whiter looking teeth, but the results could have improved more if I do not drink coffee or cola or any other dark drinks.Overall, I did think that the kit could improve my teeth whiteness, but I am just not ready to give up on my daily dose of caffeine!

I cannot give up coffee (which I love), but that means my teeth need stain treatments frequently. I have tried a variety of brands of whitening strips, but keep coming back to these. A few of the main things that make these stand out compared to other brands is that they stay in place when applied. Other brands will slip or move after application, which affects the coverage they provide. Additionally, they do not have a bitter or unpleasant taste. Other brands I have tried have a strong lemon flavor which make me feel like I am eating pledge. These have a subtle taste that does not bother me. Other brands I have tried are difficult to remove from the strip they come on or easily bunch up, resulting in strips that are unusable. I have never had that issue with this brand--each strip is easy to remove and apply. Finally, other strips I have tried irritate my gums, but no issues with that with this brand. I have tried to save money/ go cheap on whitening strips, but it definitely does not work out. I will stick to this brand in the future.

I noticed a difference after just a few treatments. Unfortunately not all of the strips were sticky so didn’t get to use all of the 10 treatments.

I didn't notice these were working and was disappointed after finishing the box, thinking that my teeth weren't whitened, but then in the same day I had two people tell me how white my teeth were, so I guess I didn't notice the gradual whitening. They work, you just have to carve out some time to use them daily. Be patient! I took before and after pictures but it turns out under florescent lighting teeth look the same whitened or not.
