What a fun book! This is NOT your typical trivia compilation. More like weird strange facts that are funny, interesting, and sometimes just plain baffling. Humans are just so weird! These are tidbits that everyone absolutely needs to know. From King Tut's underwear to what Jesus ate at the last supper (according to one artist at least), and more. No spoilers!Brooke-Hitching is a terrific writer and I would recommend this and any of his other books (Devil's Atlas, Madman's Gallery and Love are my particular favorites).It kept me so enthralled I polished off a whole bag of Oreos while reading it. Have just ordered 8 more to give to friends and family- it has such an outrageously boastful title but this book is so full of such a wide ranging collection of really fascinating information it opened up a whole new world for me.
