Put on bottom and back of heels where I always get blisters. I walked around Amsterdam for a week, 8-9 hour days. They stayed put and not a single blister! Helped with friction. Using these for every trip going forward.

My ski boots and hiking shoes were making my heels raw. After they healed up I tried all sorts of products to protect that skin from abrasion. This product really works. In fact it's the best one that I have found. It's thin enough to conform to the shape of your foot and not take up space in your shoe. The adhesive is strong enough to stay in place but does not tear your skin when you remove the product. I use these every time I ski now and plan to buy more for summer hiking. Note: this product is not for use on blisters. There are products for that. This product protects the skin from abrasion before you have blisters.

These are so much better than bandages for preventing blisters since they are much wider than most bandages. I wore these for a week vacation in Vegas and these stayed in place while I walked the strip and I didn't even feel a thing. They are so thin, I was worried they wouldn't work but they were perfect. I really love how they are easy to use as the paper back peels off in the middle 1/2 at a time to make it easy to put on.

These are great bandages. They protect my feet from getting blisters when I exercise. They also stay on just fine when I soak my feet every day. I change them once or twice a week, just to see how my feet are doing.

These work excellent! I had blisters on my ankles from skiing and boots not fitting quite right. I used these the next time I skied and no blisters. Easy to put on. No cutting of pieces of moleskin etc. I use them every time I ski.

These don’t stay attached to feet very well, and I guess you get what you pay for. I should’ve opted to pay a couple more dollars and gotten a more trustworthy brand. Lesson learned!
