I love the idea of wearing a patch for supplements and medicines because it's discrete, there are no pills to swallow, and it's easier to remember to apply again, because the old patch is a reminder, so I was stoked when I got these. The product arrived in small box about the size of the palm and the patches were attached to clear plastic cards, 4 to a card. The size of each patch is about 1/4 of the size of a cheese slice. Both myself and my husband applied to clean, dry skin, as directed. They were easy to peel off and easy to apply. There was no skin irritation and they were odorless. I was concerned that they would be very sticky and would leave a residue or tear my skin when I removed it, but that wasn't the case at all. My skin is on the dry side and my husbands skin is normal. My vitamin D levels are very low and I have been taking high doses per dr orders for months but my levels haven't improved much. Since using these patches, though, there has been a noticeable elevation in my levels and I have much more energy. Very happy!

I ordered these to help with increasing my vitamin D intake as well as an easier way to take K2. These patches are very small, easy to place just about anywhere. I have not had any problems with these patches coming off accidentally

I like patches as a delivery system for health and medical related drugs. Given my regularly low Vitamin D levels, probably because I don't go outside that often or drink milk, I thought I'd try this D3 and K2 patch. I am holding off on trying the Immune Plus patch as I am already taking supplements that it contains, so I'll look at that for a future date. I have been slapping the D3/K2 patch on before bedtime and taking it off in the morning. What I can say is that my most recent blood work, about 2 weeks ago, showed my vitamin D level to be in the normal range, but in the top quadrant. I'm happy with that result. You can search the internet to see how important vitamin D is for your health. I had to actually pay for the vitamin D test that my doctor ordered. All the other blood tests were covered by my health insurance. This may be why a lot of people aren't on top of their vitamin D levels when they should be. Anyhow, this patch seems to work well for me and I look forward to trying the Immune Plus patched come the fall.
