Build quality feels permium and the controller is very responsive. It also has that xbox controller feel i was looking for.

Great controller high quality and best value for your money the only issue I ever faced is it gets recognised as a ps4 controller when using Bluetooth to fix it just use the dongle

Worth the money. Really smooth and accurate in fps gaming. Also triggers are super sensitive, giving more control over acceleration and breaking in racing games.

The product arrived with a screw already opened. Some issues with connectivity and gyroscope as well. Need to return

Its a good controller but it doesn't have impulse triggers functionality, which is in the cheaper Gamesir kaleid. So the triggers won't vibrate when you play xbox games like Forza Horizon 5. This was disappointing seeing how this controller is praised by everyone.

After 2 months of using, battery doesn’t work anymore

After a week it got stuck in DS4 mode and will not change back t Ximput

I had an issue where the wifi dongle had gone missing. I reached out to Gamesir to see if a replacement was available, or another dongle could be purchased that was compatible. I was told no such solution existed and I would have to settle for either wired or bluetooth. I voiced my disappointment, but accepted the outcome, thought said I would not recommend them due to this. They actually reached out and said as long as it was a recent purchase, and through an official channel, they would send a replacement at no cost, as long as they had the stock. It was an unexpected, but well welcome sign of good faith and customer service. Dongle arrived yesterday, and I got the controller resynced today. Works great. the controller itself is fantastic. Build feels solid. Strong plastic, no flexing in the body, not too heavy, not too light. The translucent white looks nice with the controller's glow. The Hall effect sticks are a nice upgrade from my Xbox one controller, which now has drift. Buttons feel good. Not overly clicky like a cheap Razor, but not mushy. They press down and click, and feel solid. Triggers are good too. Consistent feel in travel both in and out. No wobble. It has multiple connection modes, which allows me to use it for my XR setup or PC without any hassle switching between the two. I haven't tested the battery life out, but for the times I've used it, never had an issue. The charging dock is nice, and the controller easily sits on it without having to fuss with the connection. I would recommend this controller.

Très bonne prise en main, confortable avec une bonne autonomie. Le système de rechargement est vraiment un gros plus !

Really nice controller, works well, but by far my favourite feature is that picking it up off the little recharging stand automatically turns it on and connects it in Windows. It can apparently also work without the stand and its little dongle but I am perfectly happy with this arrangement.
